The only games he chooses to play are long-term narrative games; the more cutscenes the better. (With exceptions for new games and the rare Viewer’s Choice)

Im sure DSP plays these kind of games willingly. More cinematics in a video game means less video game to play and more times for him to sit around, ban people, beg for money and likes, complain, basically do all the shit he really does. It's why DSP creams himself over walking simulators and games where he can just shut his mind off, like Bugsnax. The less video game he plays, the better.
