The Kevin Burnstein/OIC larp is excessively annoying today

This is an interesting situation with this dude. I don't know if it is OiC, but it must be some whale sock at this point because Phil tolerates too much from them.
But he's also significantly underestimating how much this guy is a problem. He shits up the chat so that the other 25 real people actually watching are probably put off from chatting. Then he tries to take credit for anonymous tips. Phil should know whether or not he is being sincere because he can see who those anonymous tips are coming from and he isn't phased by it.
This means that Phil is fully aware of who Kevin is, that it is a whale sock, and that he'll say yes to anything to keep his money secure.
Or it means that Phil is perfectly willing to let Kevin take credit for anonymous whale tips that are coming from someone else. That could be quite off-putting to parties who are tipping anonymously to have some retard in chat saying it's them and have Phil apparently take them seriously.
Or, he doesn't recognize the name that the tip is attached to and just assumes Kevin is being honest, which is wildly irresponsible in light of the chargebacks.
There's just no way that letting Kevin carry on like this is good for Phil - he's either letting shady shit slide, or he's being far too overconfident and trusting.

Anyway, we're getting another tweet and community post right now. Of course he was sitting on the OMM $25. Maybe it's time to move that tip and start reading it before break again since Phil controls that anyway.

Phil just revealed the game that could actually save the business. It's Lego.

He said back in the day, he'd sit down at night with a drink (read: get shitfaced) while chilling and playing whatever Lego game had just come out. Just to chill - he wouldn't record it or stream it or anything.
He still does this exact same thing now - it's just with shitty mobile gacha games. If he had kept playing Lego collectathons instead, he would probably be able to retire right now.
In fact, if he hadn't streamed Lego Star Wars and just took a few weeks off from mobile games to play this in the evenings instead? He would have saved 10x the money that he made off streaming it.

Sure seems like this Logical Adult Brain might be hindered by some mental illness.

Just as @Piece of Peace predicted, the whales will not let him have a bad week. After a string of rough days, they'll respond to the begging.

I think at this point, the automatic payments are very likely. But I still think he lies about the time. He has repeatedly changed the times when he read them, he can't keep his story straight (he claimed OMM came by on break to check the status and would tip if the goal hadn't been hit, then he started reading the tip before breaks), and he once fucked up and read the tip early from SilentBob (same person, let's be real) not realizing that the email was about their tip. I think it's more likely that Phil receives the tip at 10am every day and tries to use it to bait tips, and he's experimented with different times to do so for greatest effectiveness. This would also mean that it happens on his day off as well.

Either way, Phil is on a guaranteed basic income plan because of this person alone.
Further suggesting that it's Jeff - he literally treats Phil as a dependent and gives Phil a quarter of his annual salary in daily allowance.
Regardless of the rest of Phil's scams, this one is beyond fucked up.
