That’s 17 and 2/3 shots and 12.5 pours of what you get if you ask for whiskey neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail. That is a horrifying amount of alcohol, never mind if he’s drinking handles which are 2.3 bottles. Does anyone know how many shots deep most people black out? My head hurts just thinking about how much this is, especially considering shorter people and woman usually can’t tolerate liquor as well.

Looks like his having some swelling due to high Uric Acid if i'm not wrong.
Judging from his health, his most likely already have:

>difficulty moving affected joints
>type 2 diabetes
Not too sure about his kidneys, but his liver wont survival for long and soon will turn into cancer if his keep consuming Alcohol.

Yes, the shiny hairless patches of skin on the shins are a classic symptom of peripheral artery disease. It is probably giving him pain in the shins after walking a short distance. But technically, he could have peripheral artery disease for other reasons besides being a diabetic. For example, if he has a massive clostridia bacterial colony, fueled to monstrous proportions by excess carnitine and choline from too much meat, festering away in his grotesque garbage gut. That would result in not only cardiovascular damage from trimethylamine oxide (TMAO), but would also poison his cerebellum with excess propionic acid causing lack of empathy, emotional meltdowns, and social dysfunction. (Clostridia overgrowth is also found in people with autism, unsurprisingly, as well as in some cases of irritable bowel syndrome.) Of course if he has that in addition to diabetes he's even more fucked than with diabetes alone.

I'd suggest treatment consisting of arginine (to improve circulation; it also counteracts the constipation that clostridia is notorious for), olive leaf extract (to kill clostridia), taurine (to produce bile salts for bacteriostatic action against clostridia and other gut pathogens he undoubtedly has; alcoholism causes gut dysbiosis), and actually getting off his 300 pound ass (the one in back, not the one in front) and walking for 30 minutes a day. But we all know that the booze and/or drugs will kill him first by liver failure, DUI, or heart attack.

Power leveling a bit here, but that isn’t really that much for a hardened alcoholic, who drinks spirits not wine or beer. 1-2 litres a day isn’t unheard of with people still being moderately “functional” if it’s all day everyday, and they won’t even experience a hangover because if you are drinking a huge amount like that, it becomes normal.

As funny as it would be that getting on that scale caused him to be out of breath, I don't think that was a sigh of exhaustion.

I think it was a sigh of exacerbation, cause he spent 45 minutes wedging bits of paper under that scale to get it to read the weight he's lying about.
