heard talk on the all in podcast about the posibility of building the algo/moderation based on the constitution/established law. The gist was that all of the "free speech" waffling is unnecessary as there's plenty of legal precedent for what is and isn't protected speech and that this was a workable solution.

Well the guy he is talking about did make a claim that Musk was compromised by the Jews to keep everything the same. I asked him for evidence of this, considering all the things that Musk has said publicly and has staked his public reputation on and all he could give out was "Well i feel he could be compromised". I set my bar low, i asked for a coffee stained napkin of his pledge. The idea that "When you win, you still lose goy" is stupid and i have explained as such. I wouldn't be so sure. The Civil Rights Act allows the federal government to censor speech in places of business, and the Supreme Court has agreed that somehow passes 1a muster. I sometimes wonder if the left isn't cooking up a way to extend that sort of logic to social media.

Here’s the thing: this department is looking like that’s an endeavor started up by true believers who see Elon Musk as their arch enemy, the Joker to their Batman. And they’re part of the crowd who see themselves as the alpha and omega of the country, if not the world. As a result, the Biden Administration will run that thing for as long as they have the will and drive to do so, money and PR and talk of Custer’s Last Stand be damned.
