It's a beauty blender, and he's using it wrong.

For flat, broad surfaces (cheeks, forehead, chin) you're supposed to hold it by the small end and use it to pat-pat-pat in your foundation for an even, flawless look. However, you're supposed to wet it just to a damp stage, which he doesn't seem to have done; no surprise there. Using it dry leads to 1) overapplication of foundation, since it's harder to build up to the proper opacity and 2) wasted product, as it'll sink into the blender.

The small, pointed end, like he's improperly using on his cheeks, is intended to get into the undereye area where the flat end wouldn't fit.

He needed an actual dentist + bucomaxillary surgeon to get orthognatic surgery. Unfortunately, getting it correctly involves around 2 years of dental correction with braces cause your teeth needs to be placed perfectly, and I don't think Tony can handle the long term commitment under a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

I don't think a ffs surgeon can just perform orthognatic surgery willy billy in a troons with no prep, they are pretty unethical but that could possibly be a whole mess.

All that ridiculous plastic surgery, yet jack he could do about that scarring presumably from severe acne vulgaris, you know from his male puberty.
