You're taking Russia's word as is, which I don't
Their actions align with what they say.
The northern offensive was obviously an attempt to force a regime change to put up their own stooge who, in all likelihood, would basically be a yes man for Russia to the point he'll attempt to make Ukraine an extension of Russia like Belarus is.
Georgia. Capture capital, force your demands, then leave. This time this plan obviously failed.
Russia didn't do a full blown invasion over just Donbass, they obviously planned for something bigger, we don't truely know if their actual plan was doing full blown regime change, annexing Novorussiya regions to landlock Ukraine, or just trying to get Donbass and getting a landbridge to Crimea like they currently have, we don't know and probably won't for years, if ever.
Denazification and demilitarization. Constitutional change has been a topic of discussion since 2014. It is not a secret that the sides could not come to an agreement on that.
Is it that hard to understand that to protect Donbass, Russians need to move out of Donbass further? Again, exactly like with Osetia.
But Russia has been saying one thing about their goals and their actions say another about their goals, and we all know which one speaks louder.
Their demands align with their actions; distrusting them, and then making conspiracies and then fearing such conspiracies is a fool's choice.

>dude lay down your arms and let our soldiers take your women and children lmao
>aren't we generous for making you such a nice offer hehe

There are these things called humanitarian corridors, which are successful when both retards stop firing at each other. It has already been proven to work in Sumy, so it will probably be harder to get through the Nazi savages that are perfectly content with humans shields. Trying to bring up this argument of “I DONT WANT MUH WAMEN 20M NEAR RUSKIES” is typical of a brain dead NPC who regurgitates the same garbage spoon fed to them on an hourly basis.

If you actually gave a shit about the civilians, you would be able to interpret it is essentially hostage situation.

Not directly related to this war, but Slovakia is about the phase out it's mig 29s. Until they're replaced by the F 16s on order, Poland will guard their airspace. The only reason I bring this up is because I wonder if we're about to hear more appeals to transfer fighters to Ukraine. I suspect the planes are beat to shit, but someone is bound to make some noise about it.

I think the larger point is Russia's terms and their slamming of Zelensky fighting to the last Ukrainian can be boiled down too "How dare these uppity hohols fight for their country. Why would they do such a horrible thing?"
Please stop thinking like a retard. It is getting tiresome to repost the same footage, but my patience allows it.

This shows how grateful Ukrainians are that their brave forces placed their artillery next to their house. They started to scream at them as school was nearby, and then they were threatened with a rifle.
"To the last Ukrainian", this appears to be a sacrifice that everyone is willing to make, except the Ukrainians themselves.
Here is a video of a Ukrainian civilian screaming at soldiers to move their artillery away from the hospital and nearby living homes. What is that *click we heard? probably just a wind

That's a shame, because the MiG-29 is one of the most photogenic warplanes. Bitches love MiG-29 pilots.

The F-16 is also a classic design, it just doesn't look as cool.

To those of you who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are on that Sigma Griftset - there is a nascent industry producing biographies about Zelenskuiiyji (like 5 "biographies" all dated 2022)
lol how fucking stupid do you have to be to believe that someone can turn out a book worth reading, not just any kind of book either but what amounts to a personal history of a fairly obscure foreign character

I mean if you like reading massive sharticle compilations of recycled journalist droppings then it's probably ok

But did you read "Bloodlands"?

There's just something sexy about twin tail designs. Personally I'm a bit more biased towards the su 27 and it's derivatives for Russian fighter porn.

On another forum I saw someone make the claim that there were 1,100 Russian Generals, compared to the US's 600.

I'm guessing "General" doesn't mean quite the same thing to Russia as it does to the West.
It's an outgrowth of the entire Russian approach to war, where lower-to-middle ranks have virtually no flexibility in carrying out operations, and where officers do many jobs US noncommissioned/petty officers do. So they need all these generals/admirals to oversee matters. Arguably, these generals/admirals are doing certain things that in the US would be done by lower-ranking officers. Believe the Russian Army is very top-heavy in the officer ranks.

Looks like yet another Russian general has bitten the dust. Losing a senior electronic warfare commander sure isn't a good thing for the Russians. Takes a long time to grow a general. They just lost a lot of ability and experience. Bet he was in the field making sure his EW people at 2nd Army HQ were doing their jobs. In the US, you might have a good lieutenant colonel doing the same thing.

except that in real life when he became president he helped lead a pretty effective defense of a country that is outgunned 10-1

You mean he begged the US/NATO to arm & defend the country.

a big chunk of the current faggotry in the US goes back to subversive leftists that were funded and supported by the original KGB CIA

Fixed.

F-22 is a nice looking plane, but I think what makes the Slav fighters sexier is the curves.

Especially the cockpit, which reminds me of a cobra rearing its head to strike

F-15 doesn't do anything for me. It's a great plane, but looks pretty industrial.
It's only the later slav fighters that look sexy, the earlier designs were fucking pug ugly imo. 50s and 60s jets were either the most beautiful things to fly or the ugliest ever.

Air defenses active over Belgorod right now. The Governor of Belgorod Oblast said he was just woken up 30 minutes ago and that there were 2 bangs but no casualties or damage. That and a couple of videos is leading people to speculate the bangs might be the sonic boom of an aircraft.

It's been a while since I heard one, but that seems kinda short for a sonic boom. I'm going off of fuzzy memories though, so I might be wrong.
