The underground space under Denver Airport that was supposed to be le advanced baggage handling equipment is at least partly used for weapons manufacturing and/or storage. Particularly stuff that, on paper, we're not supposed to be doing. The outsourced gain of function and other bioresearch we outsourced to China, Ukraine, etc? The central part where all the industrial shit actually was is still off limits, and they admit there's still contamination but not how bad. The buffer area is still not entirely safe either despite being declared cleaned up and housing development has crept right up to it. There was a plan like 10 years ago to move ahead with a western beltway connection that got shelved because they turned up Plutonium contamination in the way. Turning the buffer zone into a nature reserve/national park is knowingly putting people at risk.

Humans are innately against killing their own so they must be trained to fire before thinking to make them more effective soldiers , but this involves over writing nearly 2 decades of a persons learnt morals to achieve, but if you were to instill this reflex/thought process into a person from a much younger age , you could spend less time on making them learn to shoot at a human and more time making them a better shot.

Interesting. A friend of mine said something similar about the boom of survival movies where there’s a similar dynamics of shooting compulsively but made funny and full of adrenaline rush. Unlike war movies where you more or less have some sort of moral stand to make, in pure survival situations you only kill.

This is a more subtle one, but I've had a funny feeling about anti-antivax content for a while now. A couple years prior to covid, there was a huge spike in memes dunking on anti-vaxxers, particularly with the reddit crowd. It really came out of nowhere without a significant increase in anti vax content or prominence leading up to it and it felt weirdly forced.

My unsubstantiated hunch is that this was artificial, driven by groups trying to study the spread of memes and online trends generally. Big tech and governments absolutely want to know how to control the general online atmosphere and would want to run large-scale tests. I think they needed to come up with a topic to generate content about to study how things spread and chose one with a face-value positive effect. "If we can get these things to spread, maybe we increase vaccination rates, benefiting public health."

The irony of it all is that I think it actually ended up making people think that anti-vax views were far more popular than they were, since seemingly so many people needed to confront them.
