I do wonder how many unique viewers he actually has, can't be more than like 200 really. Which with his income of $100,000 a year means that each one is giving him $500 a year on average.

Phil has like 100-200 regular viewers, but probably over 1000 that will pop in occasionally to quickly laugh at him or vaguely remembers him as that guy who made Youtube crap a decade ago. Whatever the average money per viewer is, Phil has to be the best on the internet for a daily streamer like some study showed a while ago.

It's very suspicious that the view count dies off when there seems to be a problem on his end or the feed cuts off. Several websites offer tier livestream views depending on how much you pay. But the minimum in most website seems to be 1k viewers for x amount of hours. Even if the fed were to cut off, the same amount of views would remain consistent on the page. Something like this for Phil who streams for hours and six days out of the week can get costly, plus 1k even for him is unbelievable.

This leads me to believe that he might be using some type of bot software. I'm not 100% how these things work but for his views to be consistent and only drop off when there's an issue on his end, is just very suspicious. I've seen a lot of streamers on youtube and there views don't fluctuate like this as someone theorized about Phils viewcount a couple of posts before.

It might also play a factor as to why he doesn't stream his screen and instead reacted to the video on his Xbox. I wouldn't obsess about it, but it's very thunk provoking.

Alright, admittedly I don’t have a very strong grasp on how viewbotting works but could this be a matter of the call coming from inside the house? By which I mean, is it possible that the viewer count plummets and returns in conjunction with his connection because the bots need to connect via his own internet service?

Basically I am asking if there were some way to spoof or homebrew viewbots locally.

So I watched the Asmongold video when he defeated Malenia and when you compare it to the pigroach, he focuses on one build and learning the enemy vs pigroach who switches builds left and right tries shit left and right without properly learning the game mechanics. It's such an insane contrast of how to try to beat this boss. He can't even consistently get to phase 2 FFS ...

Im pretty sure people speedrun this entire game in the time it has taken the Pig to try and beat this one boss.

He really doesnt understand the most basic things about the game.

"Stuck in an animation after jump attacking that I didnt do" = Attacks have recovery, you'd expect a former pro SF player to know this.

"I'm doing jump attacks and it's showing the halberds passing through her body but there's no hit" = What's happening for a lot of these is he is getting hit out of midair by Melania. He can't tell the difference between his character falling to the floor and his plunging attack.
You would expect him to realize it's always when he gets hit, although he whiffs a lot because he's blind and retarded.

it's also stupidity to suggest that he learn something new to beat the hardest boss in the game, don't you know learning how to do anything but Jump attacks means you have to learn the entire game over again.

It's a transaction between the superchatter and YouTube. Not a transaction with Phil involved. A chargeback wouldn't affect Phil. Same as with twitch Cheers.

How much does everyone watch of Phil? I am curious if my viewing habits are in line with the average detractor or not. I skip basically all gameplay.

Can't change build, he would need to re-learn the whole game.
Can't use shield, he doesn't have a shield build. (Threatened to ban the guy who suggested using a shield.)
Can't use magic, doesn't have an upgraded staff. (Even though he has materials for it.)

If you need any more proof that DSP is retarded. He played souls games for so long, still doesn't understand the most basic things.

Pretty funny that he's inadvertently doing the right things in the fight like running away from waterfowls first 2 waves and running at/rolling the third OR rolling to the side of attacks and then NOT immediately jump + R2ing? Instead of continuing to do the right things he reverts back to jump + R2 and there's no other way to describe it except for pure stupidity.
