I'm fairly certain at least one FTM died a few years ago of ruptured ectopic pregnancy because her medical documents said "male."

Similarly, an artificially elongated urethra embedded in a flesh tube does not a penis make. It does not and cannot serve the actual function of male genitalia. Surgery will never be able to implant a prostate into a woman, nor any of the associated glands and tubing.

Neither result of the two SRS procedures are even close to an approximation of the opposite sex. Trying to make society buy into the troon idea that SRS can actually change one's sex will always be an exercise in futility.

Funneling money into so-called "gender-affirming care" with the goal of helping trans-identifying individuals may just as well be equivalent to lighting your money on fire. This money should be put into researching reality-affirming therapy so that gender dysphoria can be effectively treated.
