I think there's an important difference between "crying about a website" and not wanting to pile even more undue horseshit onto Quasi, who has been extremely good to the O&A community. Quasi has spent tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees alone. Also, if you just piece a few clues together, you can see that he's a somewhat higher earner who has had to spend many hours of his own time working on the site for free, which has probably easily cost him thousands more.

He could have folded the site and given Pig and Brinton all the info they weren't entitled to just to get them off his ass, but he didn't.

There are three suspects for the bomb threats:

1. Ethan Ralph who wanted to give Fatrick a taste of what he gone through so that he has no choice but to appear on the Killstream.

2. A radical centrist who doesn't want to talk about abortion.

3. Deadraian radicals: Antwon Cumia and Zam Hide, the bomb theat to Ethan Ralph being a false flag operation to misdirect authorities to target his trolls and because he resembled Fatrick. However the real target is Fatrick because he's the son of the Raven Queen and they believe that by targeting him the Raven Queen will abandon the Lizard King. But they didn't count on the Raven Queen not caring for her bastards.

Specifically, you have created this thread, that brought heat here and you're speculating on a 5 line text that if you read it admits nothing. All I did was use the pig's reins to steer him to post about bomb threats that likely didn't happen and if they did are already the big problem. This is the false dilemma you're making of my post that it exists to harden a real threat or it causes one by merely mentioning what he earlier mentioned. It's all documented, there isn't an option to say he didn't say it and he literally did say just that, that he didn't say it while posting my text unaware his was saved. So the cops come to me and say "did you make a bomb threat" and I say no, they need to prove it, it wasn't me where is that a bigger problem than an anonymous threat would be for Quasi?

Explain to me how, all your doing thus far is taking a tech issue that you over-reacted to and shoehorning in some strawman to defend that. Demonstrate how, at this late date you think my one little tweet is the bridge too far in this saga? I disagree and I can support my reasons, the crap that I'm putting it on Quasi because sec 230 somehow disappeared is really strange. He isn't responsible for my text, he also can point to my account that posted the entire text thread, but suddenly I'm at fault? Makes no sense, literally.

If you think it would be best not to answer then by all means don’t, but I’m curious if you’ve been contacted by law enforcement? Let’s say they do take issue with the text, what can they actually do to you?

Aside from the forum being down (which Quasi has said is for maintenance), this could still be a total nothingburger.

I think you were fully aware that what you told him had a good chance of causing problems for the forum, but you did it anyway because - like many trolls - you started to get addicted to the attention associated with trolling Pat. And any addiction tends toward more extreme behaviors over time, in spite of the consequences.
