I don’t think Chris has realized it’s wrong to fuck your own mom. If remember right the maximum sentence for incest was about a year anyway so he'll probably just get him time served and be a registered sex offender.

Maximum sentence for Incest is 10 years if ruled a felony. Now, keep in mind Chris admitted to doing this once every three days, so it's conceivable he's facing multiple counts of incest and they could add rape charges if they want to.

Now, considering this case is still parked Family Court, I don't think the P.O. has added anything I've said yet, but it could be coming and they were just awaiting evaluations and discovery first. If Chris was deemed competent and knowledgeable that his actions were illegal (he is) he's probably facing more than his anchoring charge. Prosecutors deem crimes against the elderly as incredibly hennous and raping a dementia riddled 80 year old would anger them enough without it being the accused's mother.

I actually somewhat agree here, in the same way I agree that it's not evil to eat feces. Plenty of animals do it and, while it's not normal for humans to do it, I can conceivably see a way where two consenting people could eat each others poop -- safely even, with the right precautions -- and not harm the rest of society.

But eating poop is still fucking disgusting and I understand why people would want to make it illegal. This is also why incest is illegal.

If that helps Chris become competent, it wouldn't make a difference; he'd still have to explain what he did to Barb. Depending on his answers, Chris would either get a plea deal to no longer go back home (unless it's supervised visits to Barb), or go to trial (which I don't think will happen) and be found guilty. Shame. Borb could have done something about it earlier so this wouldn't have happen. bob must be kicking himself in heaven, thinking, "mental hospital was the answer all along!"

He's definitely loss weight. I'd say he's loss around 20lbs, maybe even as much as 40lbs. I'd say he's about 200-192lbs now. I know that seems light, but Chris was always "light fat" since he had no muscles. At his fattest he claimed he was 220lbs and used a blurry scale to prove it.
Hopefully his head's less fucked now, but seeing as he still has long hair, probably not. And he's only been "gone" just over 2 months, and up until his departure he was still spouting bullshit in his correspondences.

Question for anyone who knows (or can make an educated guess): If Chris is currently medicated, how much would he fuck over himself if he decides to throw a tantrum and not take his medication now that he's left hospital?
Wondering because unless he feels some sort of benefit to taking it or doesn't care ("zombified"), I feel like that'd be a decent bet to make. They had two months to instill in him "[whatever] will happen if you stop" however, so maybe it's not a high likelihood..

I'm glad someone else has noticed Chris's weird facial structure. It has gone through some crazy changes and he is able to make really pronounced expressions that a normal person seemingly couldn't.

Now for shits and giggles, lets say Chris was getting treatment and suddenly had a moment of lucidity where he finally understands and starts blabbing about how bad it was to force himself on Barb, and all the times he did it, and how he's sorry for for assaulting her. Can that be admissible in his case? Like, can the hospital or wherever send things like that to the court and it would be used against Chris? Like if he admitted "Yeah she didn't want it that night, but I was just so horny".
