I can see Chris doing this. He did the same thing in his case against Snyder, and when Chris was told about how the court would proceed and that he understood, Chris agreed, but had to get in one last shot against Snyder. Chris didn't learn then, because he basically repeated his behavior during his arraignment, so I wouldn't be surprised if he did the same thing again, resulting in him going to the hospital.

I wonder if Barb would visit the courthouse in July?

Gotta imagine she's not doing the counseling thing anymore. She's like in her late 60's-mid 70's now. After dealing with Chris and being that old I'd imagine she'd step down to another position in the church like elderly Sunday school and general helper.

Took away his Sonic, took away his coca-cola, took away his McDonalds, took away his vidya gaems, took away his twitter, took away his MLP, took away his legos, took away his porn, put him on an AM TO PM schedule, put him on a 2,000 or less calorie diet, probably made him bathe daily (inmates don't like it if you stink), probably had to face criticism, if in a psych ward made him take therapy, put him on mental pills, if in a hospital put him on health pills, made him stay hydrated.

The mental health system doing what Borb couldn't do because of their stubborn and egotistical parenting. Once Chris graduated form Manchester HS, it was clear that he hadn't grown up, was grossly unprepped for college and needed some aggressive psychotherapy after he was suspended.

Jeezus imagine Chris in jail for ten years. He deserves it, and probably more, but he's someone that's never been away from his comforts for more than a few days and that might actually make him catatonic or insane for real.

In the end, I can't imagine him getting max sentencing but I'm praying to any Gods who will listen that he does get a felony conviction, even if it's just time served and put on the Sex Offender registry. The Teflon Tard has got to face real consequences for this crime. I consider rape on par with murder so it's a good thing I'm not a PO or judge in Virginia.

I think broken is too strong. Back to "normal" ish is probably more accurate. Before a lot of shit, Chris used to have a sad deer in the headlights look in his child and teenage years. I mean really, comaparing his mug shot here to other inmates, Chris would seem normal.

Yeah, some lawyer would take the case. There's no shortage of really dumb, ambulance chaser lawyers in this country. Unfortunately, it's not about finding someone who'll take the case. That part's easy. You want someone who will win the case and get you money.

That would be pretty awesome for the junkies but unfortunately that's rarely the case. I'm not saying that there isn't a single jail in the country that would do this, but I think about 95% of jails will let the puking, shitting junkie suffer. It's no skin off their back.

Looks like Chris was medicated to the extreme. Apart from his normal medicines (pills for his blood pressure, cholesterol, etc), I wonder how much more would Chris need to take to finally function? Would he have to take that medicine after court and he's released? Seems this was just the thing Chris needed all his life, and the motherfucker just turned 40.

Yes, society doesn't really approve of it, but society doesn't approve of a lot of things. Barb hadn't hadn't felt the touch of a man in a decade, she was getting older, what people thought of her no longer concerned her. Her eyes fell on the one pickle that she could still hope to take a bite of; Chris' pickle. Of course she may have not verbalized it, but Chris and his mother have been together for a long time. She didn't need to say a word for him to understand.

This is a case of others cruelly interfering in matters they had no business interfering in. The only evil here is society.

Ok, one thing that has me in a state of confuzzlement is whether there is some meaning to him being transferred back to CVRJ instead of just left in whatever loony bin he was in.

Any ideas? I don't have any obviously or I'd have offered one, as stupid as it would have been.

1. There's no definitive proof it was a loony bin. It's likely, but he could have also been in a real hospital for a health condition. He could have got "covid" and been transferred out for an exaggerated amount of time. He could have had a medical condition arise or needed diagnosed. He could have got a bad injury that he needed to recuperate and be away/out of prison until he was fit to go back. If he did spaz out upon hearing he'd being in jail another 3 months and crack his head against a wall or god forbid try to off himself, he'd need a month or two to heal to full capacity before going back to general population.
2. He's not in rehab, he's in jail. If he had some psych problem that needed address and they "fixed" it, he doesn't get to keep lazing around the psych ward. It's back to prison.

Self-awarness and remorse? Never. Most likely just anger. At best Chris has realized he's not getting off the hook/catching a break this time. He's not gonna be remorseful or to blame for what his did. Just mad that he's being punished for it.
His next letter will be lamentations about being in jail for 9 months, hoping he gets out in August, and his goddess knowledge that he's 100% sure he will not be found guilty, he'll get to go home to mama, and that he'll get to go to the next brony con.
Chris was STILL rambling up until his transfer, so prison wasn't fixing his psyche, and 2 months possibly in the psychward isn't enough to fix Chris.
