May 3, 2022 - Chris returned to CVRJ

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
He may as well have whined and merged and Jesus christ sonichu'd his way into involuntary inpatient care outside the realm of a criminal case. Because I refuse to believe he's walking free anytime soon in any scenario. There's no way in hell the Commonwealth of Virginia hasn't found about Chris' entire life at this point.
It’s not illegal to be Chris.

If they don’t hold him on incest, what will they hold him on?

I could see Heilberg saying just about anything at this point to get this over with.
This reminds me of something I keep meaning to ask of those in the know. Once the long nightmare ends and/or Heilberg manages to extricate himself from it for good, is he constrained in any way from telling his story? 'Cuz I'd pay a few dollars to read My Year With Sonichu.

One thing I do wonder is if Heilberg will stay on if they kick Chris back up to circuit court, since that will be essentially a soft reboot of the case? Or will Heilberg be able to take his check and skedaddle? "Best of luck to ya, Chris!"

It will still be Heilberg. Consider the normal process where indictment happens within a couple of weeks. It would be silly to assign an attorney and then immediately have to assign new counsel once it got to Circuit Court. Here are the rules:

From Virginia Circuit Court docket procedures manual:

a. A public defender or Court appointed private counsel appointed in General District Court or Circuit Court shall remain as counsel unless and until they are relieved pursuant to an order of the Circuit Court, upon a showing of good cause.

Can't find a specific instruction for Greene County, but here's an example from the city of Norfolk (which as an independent city, functions like a county):

C. Court-Appointed Counsel. An indigent person indicted for a felony, or appealing a Class 1 or 2 misdemeanor conviction from a District Court, who did not have appointed counsel in the District Court,· and who is requesting a court-appointed attorney for Circuit Court representation, will be required to appear at Criminal Docket Call for qualification and attorney appointment. An attorney’s appointment in General District Court will carry over to the Circuit Court. An attorney’s appointment in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court will carry over to the Circuit Court if the attorney is on the Circuit Court’s list of appointed attorneys. These attorneys are required to appear at Criminal Docket Call only if a trial date has not been selected and scheduling order submitted. If a scheduling order has not been submitted and the defense attorney does not appear at Criminal Docket Call, the case will be set for trial in his absence.

Also it should be noted that Heilberg was assigned at the first hearing in General District court, before the case went to J&DR.

If they don’t hold him on incest, what will they hold him on?

Check the FAQ for other potential charges. The "Healing Arts" one is interesting because the consent requirements are less difficult for the prosecution than for rape.

EDIT: But the main point is they can't hold him in jail longer than a year on non-felony charges. Hence the need to threaten Chris with indictment (most likely on the existing incest charge).

Yes. Client-attorney privilege requires it. To publish anything, Chris would have to okay it. It even remains after Chris dies, though his next of kind can waive it.

I feel Chris is so messed up, that if they put Him on the sex offender registry, He will like that because it will be something that proves Chris has had sex. Chris will have no idea about the real consequences of that.

Also, if Chris is put on the sex offender registry, does He have to inform the people about his status, or will the county email or mail something to them? It would be funny seeing Chris inform people about it.

I don't think Chris really cares about that aspect because while it might seem like something a typical immature manchild would like he doesn't seem to really care what anyone else thinks, Chris thought it genuinely would improve his life to not be a virgin with rage anymore when in reality it didn't make much difference aside from maybe becoming more of an incel, maybe he was conflating sex with a loving relationship?

Also that would be extremly minor compared to being banned from places and events he likes which have childen and vulnarable people in attentence such as brony conventions, toy stores with Pokémon TCG game nights and so on.

He does not have to notify neighbors, he just has to register with the sheriff/police.

Neighbors who sign up to receive notifications will be notified by the government when a RSO moves into the area, but they will not proactively notify people who do not request it.

They still appear on the website when searched for.

It’s not illegal to be Chris.

Only because congress keeps wasting its time on unimportant shit.

He can tell his story, but he can't tell Chris' story. It's extremely difficult to separate the two without violating attorney client privilege.

I forgot about that. Yeah, he would definitely have to stay on (poor bastard). Hopefully being kicked up to Actual Consequences Court will convince Chris to finally take a deal and get this over with

What next of Kin? Crystal Weston chandler died in Chris's shriveled HRT tranny ball sack and even then there's no way in hell any woman will carry her to term after this, and Cole doesn't give a fuck about him. Cole is probably the closest Chris has to a living next of Kin.
