It's been years since I took anatomy but as I recall, pregnancy requires an elaborate, Tube Goldbergian pinballing of hormones between the brain, the uterus, the ovaries, and maybe even some other glands elsewhere in the body. Let's just hypothetically say they were able to implant a uterus into a male and not have it be rejected in a horrific suppurating mess- how does he propose they manage the various negative and positive feedback loops necessary to a successful pregnancy?
