Bit off-topic but another issue of Elliot Rodger’s is that (if his account in My Twisted World is to be believed) he more or less never made any kind of attempt whatsoever to even talk to girls, which is kind of a prerequisite if you want to fuck or date them. As far as I remember, he mentioned saying ‘Hi’ to a random girl as she walks past him in a mall during college years and that’s literally it, that’s the sum of his efforts. He never put himself out there.

If you’re a man and you’ve at any point in your life struck up a conversation with a woman in the interest of honing your social skills or picking her up or whatever, you’ve officially put more effort into dating than Elliot Rodger at any point in his life.

The "no other option" argument is not a strong one, and not a valid one at that because you do have other options. American Renaissance has been putting up a conference for years and even had Nick speak there at one point, it is one of the ways he gained traction to begin with. You also have American Moment which has the likes of Rand Paul and Dan Bishop who are actually in attendance and not sending in video greetings. Both groups are as optical as you can get while promoting their respective messages: AR with white identity, AM with Christian conservatism.

How and why would livestreaming represent the measure by which we should judge the success of a properly dissident right movement? Thus far, all it has done is drag its premier members into petty e-drama and increase the risk of sloppy, unoptical or pathetic behavior.

Here's a quick follow up, last night Beardson was doing a bit wherein he was "exposing" other streamers on cozy and telling their secrets, such as Tenryo is not black and he has to tan three hours a day to maintain his complexion. He actually had some funny parts of this bit. Right at the end of this bit he mentions Zimmerman. What he says is interesting, he says that Zimmerman will be sending him an angry text for telling all these streamers secrets. This raises an important question: what exactly is Zimmerman's role in the America First movement? Why is it that Zimmerman would be upset at Beardson for exposing streamers, shouldn't it be Nick that would be angry? Just what power does this israeli have in this "movement"?

I bullshitted my way through a 30 minute "interview", super nonspecific questions "how long have you been listening to the show", "what can you offer to the movement", "will you always be loyal to Nick" stuff like that. He never once pressed me on anything or did anything you would normally do in a real interview. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a real interview from the the start.

Not only was their OpSec being terrible, they lost data (also apparently not having recorded any of the interviews), so were they just accepting every single person that they "interviewed".

After that they sent out forms to sign for people that they accepted (everyone who applied, lol). I feel bad for anyone who actually sent Nick or his people anything. Thank you for posting the zip with all the paperwork. I read through the NDA and the waiver and holy does Nick need a better lawyer (if he used one at all).

Right off the bat, this is a one way NDA, meaning Nick can disclose any information you've told him, but you can't disclose any information on him. This is normally not an issue, but when you're dealing with a psycho like Nick, you can see that this can be used as leverage to blackmail people. For example, "I can tell everyone your secrets, but if you try do it back to me I'll bring you to court and ruin you!!!"

More importantly, I'm 99% sure that NDA would never hold up in court because of how unreasonable it is. For example it mentions in Article 12 how even "threatening a breach" of the contract will cause "irreparable harm" to Nick and AF, and by agreeing to this section you "agree" Nick "does not need to prove damages." Yo, Nick. Just because your contract says "if you sign this it means you're wrong no matter what" doesn't actually make it legally binding.

Another completely unreasonable clause is in Article 13 which claims that for every piece of information you disclose about Nick or AF, he's entitled to $10,000, plus additional compensation for damages, plus additional costs for legal fees, plus any additional punitive compensation. Alrighty there Nick. Like a judge would really be enforcing that clause onto some 18 year old high school kid. Lmao.

Not only is the NDA unreasonable but it's far too broad in scope (making it even less enforceable legally). For example if you look at Article 1 it explains that "confidential information" is literally anything you hear within AF that's not publicly available whether you learned about this information "directly or indirectly" and "before or after" signing the NDA. This is far to broad as it would include things like "Nick told me he doesn't like tomatoes on his burgers." You may think that NDAs being broad are good because it covers more ground, but in reality not being specific with your NDA allows a judge to detmine what's reasonably considered confidential or not (something you'd want to avoid if you were writing an NDA).

Finally, there's blatant contradictions in the NDA. Remember in Article 1 how it said 'anything you learn before signing this is also confidential?' Well we can look at Article 3, point B that says if you possessed the information prior to entering the contract that's protected for you to disclose.

I'm too lazy to dissect the liability agreement, but I wanted to point out how hilarious it is they include "death" as something they're not responsible for. Once again, a judge is not going to say "AF got someone killed, but WOAH WOAH WOAH looks like this teenager signed a piece of paper saying he knew he might be killed. I guess Nick gets away Scott free!"
