To be pedantic, a nuchal cord (aka wrapped around the neck) is very common and usually harmless. The baby is still getting oxygen through the cord as long as it is not so tight that it is compressed or tied in a tight knot, and usually babies with this do just fine.
Every time there's a picture of her pregnant, I can't help but think "fuck, not another one." Then my ability to read comes back, and I'm relieved that she's just posting old shit for more asspats.

Luna’s condition is not that rare, but the amount of time she has survived is. Most of the babies who have Luna’s condition end up with it due to shaken baby type abuse as newborns. Luna’s appears to be from an anoxic injury due to Robin insisting on home birth in a hot tub, even after 48 hours of labor.
It shows what she really thinks of her kids (both of them) if her first thought for Mother's Day posts isn't how much they (Atlas) have grown and learned in the past year, but to show off their preexistence. Back when they were wholly dependent on her for survival, but before they could cause messes and be capable of independent thought (or in Luna's case, became a freak show good for asspats but bad for her perfect home/life style).
