Some Schools count D as a passing grade. Unless he made the class up some how and that wasn't listed on this transcript.

Harlan was a dude who straddled the realm between ridiculous lolcow manlet (he was all those things) and transcendental genius, and only someone who had paid his dues with genuinely phenomenal contributions to culture (you know like the amazing ST:TOS episode considered by some including me to be the best single episode of the series) could have gotten away with the astounding levels of assholery he was also capable of.

I'm reminded of a 4chan review of the Sherlock Holmes movies.

This is retarded because Sherlock is a smart person written by a stupid person to whom smart people are indistinguishable from wizards.

Fatrick worships 'Science' and tries to pretend to be smart because in his, below average, mind a smart person is just an authority figure who everyone listens to because he sounds like he knows what he's talking about. It's why he thinks the government and media should censor dissident ideas. It's why he thinks art should fit his political views. It's why he wants people to thrown in jail for laughing at him. He's so stupid that he thinks acting smart is the same as being smart, and worse: he thinks noone is smart enough to see through it (everyone is).

Problem Solving is indeed a math credit in many Illinois and Wisconsin districts and is used to get kids out the door. There’s also often a problem solving course for very high level students that have completed calculus (and sometimes MVC/linear algebra).

Obviously, that’s not the problem solving Pat was in.

I was curious what that class was, my first thought was just some bullshit elective to keep losers busy. In the south we just have a Real World Mathematics class for those kids who just need one more math credit to fuck off. So is Problem Solving just basic budgeting or something else?

I was walking around the entire township of Wisconsin and heard some people talking about some guy named Rick, and they said he had an extreme fetish about Ewoks, and desperately wanted to fuck them, and that they had even had to protect their children from some guy named Rick who eerily groaned "CHIIIIIILD CHIIIIILD" as he extremely slowly (because he is fat) advanced upon them.

Happy ending though. They escaped. They were faster. Because he's FAT!
