Charlie is an OG Youtuber that doesn't engage in drama and always comes off as a generally nice guy. That goes a long way in garnering good will.
Wasn't even aware of him since I didn't really watch that part of YouTube during the early days but you'd think he's absolutely haram by how intense the reaction/outcry was when Calli first mentioned her desire to collab with him more than a year ago.

tbh I feel it's not a good time to buy a house right now , at least in areas where prices are skyrocketing at record numbers. Time to sell harder time to buy right now
It's only a good time to sell if you own 2 or multiple houses. Or if you own a bigger house and want to downsize to a smaller home. If you're looking for an upgrade to a bigger or newer house, this market is going to fuck you. HARD. And without lube.

Gura's voice sounds deeper in her gorn stream, but in a way that make her sound like a 10 yr old. Is she aging backwards or something?

Ive noticed a lot of times in 3D streams peoples real voices start to come out. Maybe its that they use a different mic or that their voice is more tired/strained from moving around.

You're gonna have to excuse her, guys. Puberty hit her hard. Her balls just dropped.

Zephyrianna dropped a teaser for the MV of her metal cover of "Ashura-chan":

Everyone is talking about their oshi, I only watch a few clips and have no preference but if you guys want to shill your oshi now is the time. I'm thinking of listening to one of the Japanese in a few months when I have more time and can commit to learning Japanese, who would be a good choice since I only know a handful of the JP branch, ideally it would be a girl with a nice voice (I have no idea how anyone ever watched Coco even her clips hurt me) and ideally a girl who isn't the Japanese version of Calli, I don't want to learn how to speak only to find out I speak like a wigger or whatever the Japanese variant is. Are dialects/accents a big deal in Japanese?

TL:DR Who is the best spoken Holo JP?

Fellas, why do you love your Oshi?
I don't really have an oshi, but IRyS and Bae would come closest. I just like Vtubers because they are one of the only consistent sources of positivity. It is nice to have an on-demand hit of dopamine available when I am feeling down.

Unicorns will be unicorns, that's all I have to say about that.

Platonically I can't pick just one so ill list some reasons for 5 or so

Gura: im a senzawa fan i found her channel a while back and always looked forward to the next shitpost and as Gura shes just a great entertainer and singer

Calli, Irys and Kiara: these three are together because the reasons i like them are similar all are such great singers/rapper All are dorks and i love Callis/Kiaras redemption arcs both as their past lives and as vtubers

Kronii: i didn't know Dottovuu but Kroniis design I just love. blue is my favorite color and she has a great voice I love the gap moe of a narcissistic character played by a person who clearly has little to no self esteem. Shes very humble and those moments where she breaks character are just so wholesome. Not to mention her dark humor and memelord nature. Plus she plays off gloriously with Gura and one of my next subjects

Mumei and korone : first impressions they were too damn adorable i love dogs and Korone is the embodiment of a what i imagine a human dog would be like. As for Mumei in her debut she came off super shy and cute. The reason I put these two together is because despite their cuteness each of them have a very great gap moe of a sadistic savage side that I love seeing come out. Also special mention to Okakoro pure diabetes whenever i see a clip of them also Mumei collabs with Gura/Kronii are gold

I don't really have an oshi. I'm disloyal like that. I do love vtubing though, for the simple reason that it sometimes feels like it's the last bastion of escapism. Everything else is infected by American politics and social commentary. It's even forced into shows, movies and games taking place hundreds of years ago which makes no sense whatsoever. I can't even begin to describe how tired I am of it. Vtubers however are impressively good at keeping this shit at bay. They create their own little bubbles where it's comfy and warm and just stay there forever.

Just a heads up you aint gonna learn Japanese just from watching Holo's even self teaching is almost impossible.
What i would recommend is taking some classes or going on a course for it. They will help you tremendously. Going at it solo is most peoples problems because they learn grammar but dont know structure.
If you can try get a native speaker to give you lessons. If Not you will pick up all the mistakes that the person who is teaching you learned.

-Learn Strokes for Kanji, Hira and Kana if not you're gonna be fucked
- If you can find other Japanese speakers and practise. If you go to Japan you will be fucked if you can't hold a conversation
-Dialect isnt that important its more tone of voice and pitch when it comes to speaking. Some country words might pop up but its very rare.
-Try Expeirence Japan and get a good feel for the language listen to audio books and watch stuff in the language. Don't just limit yourself to one font or a way of speaking its different for everyone.
-3-4 Hours of studying a day broken up into 1 hour blocks.

The best thing i did for learning JP was literally living in Japan.
Before coming i had studied for 2.5 years and had a grasp of the language but dropping yourself into that situation forces you to adapt to it. Some people speak slowly others fast.
Reading it is overall easier like that should take a few years but speaking is the real challenge without others around you won't be able to.

あの 男の子は だれですか
That Boy Who Is

This is your basic translation for the language. Forget everything you know about english grammar.

Please dont message me asking for lessons or advice. There are literally more qualified people to do that online. To start off with i would recommend the books below they are fully in Japanese and are a great start at the bottom level N5
Commiting to this Language is a full time job its not 1 year and you're perfect for the rest of your life you'll be constantly learning. It could take 3 or 4 years for you to even begin to understand anything. There will be mental hurdles along the way and its your job to overcome them.
