What's really interesting to me is how this kind of brigading is allowed on apps like TikTok and Twitter. We all know what the people like Malm are doing, they know what they're doing, the moderators know what they're doing, and it's usually against the TOS. That no one from TikTok has told her to at the very least stop releasing people's addresses and phone numbers is kind of suspicious.

That's maybe half right. The intent is to keep people's tendency to fuck each other from negatively affecting the integrity of a unit, but as @ModernTroy pointed out it's adultery in general that's a violation of the UCMJ. While the odds of your average soldier getting hassled for having a gumar are pretty low (it would have to cause a larger, separate problem) it can still happen. I really do hope some shit happens to Malm because of her Onlyfans, like losing spousal support or something like that. Shit would be hilarious.

Yes adultery in UCMJ is used as a stack on the issue if there is a bigger case surrounding it. The only time I seen it an issue if the wife complains and uses the Military to ruin them to assist in their civil divorce, that does happen.
on the other side of the coin, I've seen SGM faced with issues like this such as sexual relations with someone in their COC like an SPC, to save face for him they only busted him to SSGT and he retired in peace that was it, on his retirement he was getting e-9 pay anyway, they just busted him to e-6 as punishment for the rest of the time he was in.

The issue is he WAS married but it also violates other UCMJ regulations for dating/relationship/fraternization with someone you supervise, add adultery to this is why he was offered what he was in lieu of court-martial

UCMJ has nothing to do with the spouse at all, it doesn't apply. Wasn't trying to make it seem like it did. The military does not allow Performing sexual acts for money ( prostitution ) my understanding is he was on a video with her only fans, performing sexual acts for money, that was my impression. The other thing that made my way is that he was helping her Dox people with his access to getting information seeing as he is a Pharmacist in the AirForce. Again this is something I heard not seen anything to back it up. This was in a conversation I had with a few people who knew that reports were made to His COC and they were alerted that the DOD had an investigation into him open on base.

My part about saying that a spouse's actions reflect on the military and the SM for the fact the spouse does get paid by the military. The SM CAN in certain cases be pulled in for it and asked what is going on and or open an investigation as it will look bad on the service. This can and has happened.

now the Dr letter. The Dr will be in Federal Court Jurisdiction given that the two are in separate states, it also states in the letter that she is seeking the matter in Federal Court, you will also find that the letter talks about "False Light" Invasion of Privacy. This is alike the Defamation/slander suits you see in the state, except it is more relaxed on requirements and easy to use. Also included defamation by implication tortious interference with contract business and a few others.

False Light only requires this,

the false light in which the other was placed would be highly offensive to a reasonable person, and the actor had knowledge of or acted in reckless disregard as to the falsity of the publicized matter and the false light in which the other would be placed.

They mentioned a few things that could be covered, but they just listed cause that is their intention when seeking suit, it will be up to the court to determine what the evidence on the record supports for judgment. IT doesn't hurt to include as many Torts as you can and let the Judge decide if the evidence matches.

So in this aspect, it's not narrowed like slander /libel looks the same but there is no need to prove that the person knew the truth and acted still. yes, TikTok was mentioned in the letter the videos that are of concern that started all this were on TikTok and then moved to Twitter. There may be another reason why TikTok was also mentioned in the letter but that is just my speculation.

So I found this little comment and the response was epic! Seeing as savannah is married to an AF Officer, the military has strict rules on adultery or having said relationship with someone else while you are married. I hardly doubt that her husband is in agreement with this arrangement and the comment makes more sense than what she is suggesting. When service members are separated from their spouses they are required to pay them spousal support. The amount differs by rank and her husband is a Captin o-3. She gets there BAH and they have a kid together so that ups the amount she gets paid to sleep around with who she wants.

they got in some mess with another TikTok user, a cop, for running his name on the platform as a sexual predator and rapist I think it was. Then it turns out that they were lied to by someone, running the narrative on their platform without verifying the accusations. Then when the truth came out they were hammered by the conservative side of tiktok.

When I went further back, These two were also going after another TikTok creator named StandupAmerica. seems in the past they accused her of something and then went after her husband ( who was not even on the app ) and as well another cop. Saying that he used his police access to get other people's information and dox them on the app.

Ive found no proof of this taking place other than the pair made the accusations. This was back in or around December 2021. It was brought up in videos that were holding them accountable when the truth came out about the other cop they accused, of the sexual assault of a woman.

From what I can find or see on the two and Danesh talking seems like Texan and Kat linked up with savannah and Danesh to help attack another conservative on the app, looks like that did not work either, I think that was Misfitpatriot.

They linked up with Danesh and Savannah after Black Tok owned them for their comments to a POC creator and using his kids, I guess they needed another leg to stand on and an excuse to escape that issue.

I am not sure I can express how much I approve of this post. This forum needs to have some sort of system akin to military medals, in which case this post should get the highest distinction possible . That ten second clip needs to be disseminated. It is my understanding there are a few more out there in the works, not that I have proof on but a few other of her victims have been making moves, so I've heard.

I mean I wouldn't doubt it, so many people she victimizes she is playing the odds now on chances to end in court, and after so long it's going to catch the attention of the authorities, and criminal implications will follow.

Judges all talk to one another, and I do know the Federal System watches out for a few things, I'm pretty sure they will catch on in time, and I'm willing to bet the bank that there is at least a hand full of FBI reports on Savannah and Danesh.
