The length of time he was at an alleged hospital would be pretty consistent with a fairly quick processing as well, from an administrative point of view. If there was something genuinely wrong with him, he would have been in there a lot longer, at least from what I'm guessing.

Of course we don't know if it was because of an evaluation or from a behavior incident where he went completely ballistic. Three months might have been enough time for a general risk assessment as well, with an added psych evaluation too.

When this incident started unfolding back in late July/early August of this year, the big difference is that Barb was able to post bail every time. It wasn't cheap, Barb probably got a bail bondsman and dropped a few hundred each time, but Chris was out. Sure, he probably got chewed out for it (even solely for the financial reasons, not that Chris acted out of line) but these things were generally over in a week.

Except in this case, no bail, no Barb.

I think, given the evidence, that even in the immediate days following, the restraining order, the theft of the funds, and even up until and afterwards the moment when Chris was hauled out of the motel with a retard and his ugly girlfriend were screaming at him from a nearby hill, he probably believed that he would be back at the "Temple" in no time.

He certainly was shouting about his 'Merge' happening during the arrest, his supposed hybrid Armageddon/ascension to cartoon heaven.

I'm not sure exactly what Chris thought with Comic Chris. Comic Chris' weirdest feature was exaggerated heterochromia before and after, but he also had the exact same clothing. In both cases, Chris drew himself how he was in the thrift store wardrobe instead of something more idealized.

I think the reason why Chris looked so miserable in the recent mugshot is because history isn't repeating.

In the past whenever he wound up in jail for some relatively petty trespassing-related offense, it was always a brief stay, followed by release back to 14 BLC. Then there'd be like half a dozen or so continuances, and he'd pretty much be let off the hook. Maybe a little fine here or seeing a therapist there, but nothing too big.

This time, he's been locked up for months, then likely a mental hospital, and now it's back to the Jail of Fail. No going back to live the Life of Fail while "healing" Barb. It's also possible he's been told he can't go back to "the temple" upon release.

I think the main reason is he's been locked up for almost a 2/3rds of a year with nothing to do. He probably had some fantastical prison film in his head, not a white-brick jail where no one wants to talk or even hit you to pass the time.

It would not shock me at all if Chris is either prediabetic or type 2. Thing is, metformin often has side effects when you first take it, and diet and exercise are non-starters, so I don't think Chris could be convinced to do anything about it, or that it's even a problem.

On the other hand, insulin resistance has a heavy genetic component. Some extremely fat people have normal blood sugar, and some people gain 15 pounds and develop full blown type 2 diabetes. Who knows where Chris is at on that spectrum.

This is a really bad take that seems to ignore a lot of the circumstances of his case. Barb may have been in a mental state where she couldn't consent, Chris was ejaculating in her food without her knowledge or consent, Barb's advanced age and the fact that Chris acknowledged this by buying a book about fucking the elderly combined with his lack of sexual experience and capacity for empathy meant he could (and possibly did) injure her. He also stole from her bank account after receiving an EPO.

If some redneck somewhere is consensually fucking his mom and they're both happy I really don't give a shit. It's their souls and their lives they're fucking up, not mine.
