It's one of those things where the kids who deserve corporal punishment don't get it from their spoily shithead parents, while the ones who don't get slapped around by their abusive shithead parents. Some innocent kid in a trailer park somwhere's probably gotten a black eye from playing his music too loud, while Chibi or this faggot can act like ungrateful, spiteful shits, cuss out their parents for no reason, and in this case groom children online and they practically get rewarded for it.
