- The kid was expelled from school a couple of months ago, January or February. According to the kid's editor the school made his parents sign something so that "he couldn't even go to school anymore".
- The video happened middle of April.
- The court ruling to decide his truancy case happened on the same day of the video.
- The lawyer set to defend the kid constantly misgendered him.
- He's in foster care right now, and he'll be there until July.
- His parents are cool with him being in foster care (??), they just let him do his own thing and live in his own bubble. He doesn't bother them they don't bother him kind of thing
The last part actually sounds concerning. Nobody's pointed it out yet but if the cops are at the house taking the kid to foster care then you'd expect to see the parents be with the cops at his bedroom, or even knock and ask the kid to open the door, but they're straight up not there. Are they just chilling in the living room?? Add to that the editor's talking about how they "just let him do his own thing", and that they're apparently cool with him being in foster care, and I'm wondering if just what kinda people they are.
