Jim is a minor internet celebrity wrestling rather than a professional wrestler who makes his living from it, much like how Donald Trump is technically a wrestler who even has his own page on WWE but I doubt many people would consider him to be a professional wresting entertainer.

As for being considered a man - he dresses like one while wrestling and his wrestler name is Sterdust, a parody of a male wrestling character called Stardust who is also known for his deviant behaviour and dressing in a similar way.

Wrestling is a world much like theatre where appearances are everything and if you want to pretend to be a woman you have to be at least convincing enough that young children will believe you‘re a woman otherwise they’ll just assume you’re a wrestler whose gimmick is being a crossdressing pervert.
