Since I just graduated in a business major last year I may have a theory:

First, Most smart investors are looking for stability when investing in something and due to the history of newly elected president's father's past it is very unpredictable on what's his term might be, All that ass kissing might be for naught if a country is at best politically divided or at worst descends into civil war and that president will be too busy using that resources into dealing that mess rather than profits for investors.

Second, Due to Russia's excursion into Ukraine I think most companies doesn't want to be associated with a figurehead who has very controversial image to them, after all branding is important to them and nothing hurts an image more than being plastered with a dictator. With the exception of this being China cause they have a big population and cheap labor.

That and the ass kissing might not work anyway. The Marcos administration was a stellar example of why crony capitalism leads to wealth for just a small clique. If you're not in this circle, you might end up making nothing, foreign investor or otherwise. If you had deals with someone they deem not part of the circle like the Lopezes you'll find your local business partners disappearing in a blink of an eye. Zero stability even without a civil war.

A shame Beatani never got a sizeable enough audience to really support herself with it. I'm guessing she isn't interested in going the corpo vtuber route; she'd definitely have to tone herself down if she did.

Bea has talked about how she doesn't want to change her content so she won't join a company. Also, in general she thinks her viewers are weird for watching her and thinks they should be doing useful things instead. Last, she is just as likely to taunt her audience for spending money on her then to thank them. That she doesn't do anything to deserve money and again thinks viewers are strange for giving her money. Being creative on the internet is her hobby and she won't pander to anyone but herself.

Beatani is fun to watch but to get involved: understand the emotes, know her memes, keep track of characters, participate in fan events - you might have to work harder then with other vtubers. Partly because she is a bit special and describes something like hives/rashes as getting the, "dirty dog", she is also ESL and then there is navigating her bizarre /vt treads of yah and the risuna ones as well (plus discord and secret discord and other Minecraft server and...). Maybe I am just an idiot but it took a while to figure out the Risuna character was referencing the listeners/viewers.... But for a small bear she is sure inspires people to create and practice self improvement. Check out her Birthday padlet to view the love. The, "Welcome to the XP hills" song is pretty emblematic of her strange fanbase.

Penelope Wiseman from new V&U agency streaming right now. First half (or less) her stream is duolingo and it's nothing special. But now she plays the piano and hums a little and it's very comfy for background stream usage.

The KR girls are a bit bland when it comes to streaming but i think its something they will get better with time. They all seem to be powerhouses when it comes to singing though.

Since a decent number of you follow the pippa monkey looks like they are going to be in a multi corpo collab playing pummel party in a few days. Prism project, cyberlive, my holotv, haven x, and VReverie.

Only reason I mention this is because I'm betting not many know about VReverie. VReverie is about 2 months into their debut and actually all 3 members just had membership open over the weekend. Ophelia Midnight will be the one participating for VReverie but I suggest checking out Nova Aokami. Nova is big into yugioh and her membership vid was actually a yugioh card unboxing where she raffled off the super/ultra rare cards to members.

Gonna watch this collab. As for VReverie, no clue who they are.

So she basically changed the channel's name but kept all of the subs/follows from her old channel?

I'm gonna be a cynical twat but I wonder how much of this was her wanting to change models/rebrand and this just proved like a great way to jump ship while at the same time getting pitty follows/clicks by pulling out the victim card? How long was that new model in the works? If she actually planned this out, I take everything back (calling her a moron) and she is fucking brilliant.

As for the new model, I know most of the people here wont like it but holy shit its really good. The appearance and design I don't really care about but the movement and animation are godlike.

FYI her announcement tweet says she's doing the stream because it's trending in her country, so it's a "let's talk about the current hot topic" thing rather than the usual "validate my personal sexual disfunction because it's the closest thing I have to a personality" thing.

She sprinkles them in her streams based on how she's feeling, but they're never dedicated to it. The channel that video is from (vshojo sings) has most of them, and if you'd like to avoid Vshojo's other most prolific singer (Nyanners) they have a playlist of just Ironmouse's singing.
