Everyone seems to be missing the 4D chess move that Baked Alaska is trying to pull off.

Baked never intended to take the plea deal. His goal was always to flee the country to avoid having to rat on AF so that Nick Fuentes could eventually become president of the US. He knew that he couldn't travel by air or sea because it would be too conspicuous, so he decided the best route would be to acquire livable transport and drive to Mexico. He knew that he needed an RV for this, but didn't want to arouse suspicion, so he presented his goal to the public as wanting to acquire an RV for irl livestreaming purposes. However, the plan went awry when the RV he bought had a number of issues with it that rendered it unusable, so by the time his court date arrived he wasn't able to abscond like he intended.

Baked knew that he needed more time and his back was up against the wall. When listening to the judge, Baked realized that the judge was a no-nonsense sort of guy and knew that he could use this to his advantage. When the judge asked him why he was taking a plea deal, Baked deliberately gave a cheeky response to get a rise out of him, which then led to the judge pressing to take the case to trial while also giving Baked 60 days of extra time to reconsider declaring himself guilty. Now Baked has two more months to raise the funds needed to repair the RV, flee to Mexico, and allow Nick to ascend to greatness.

Baked is only pretending to be retarded.

Nothing that happened today was a victory for him. He may have dodged the reaper for a couple months. But you can't keep him at bay forever. I like to entertain it, it makes more sense then just everyone being dumb retards stumbling into the political mess we are in now, given how much money rides on it.

People are more suspicious of their government than any recent time in history, so they can't just not prosecute, because loads of nobodies catching charges versus a not unknown streamer who is anti-narrative who dodges a charge despite how vocal he was about it would be incredibly suspicious. Normally I would agree, they just wouldn't prosecute but I think they are very worried about all the shit they get upto coming out and losing their funding and toys.

Retards make very malleable puppets and they lack any actual principles, effectively changing positions with the wind. Perfect for glowies.

Pretty bold move to basically tell the judge that your defense attorney and the prosecutor are working in conjunction to force you to put in a false plea.

What would be hilarious is if Baked gets the same plea deal, but the judge is pissed off enough to just throw the book at him anyway.

Idiots do what Baked did all the time, but it's usually drug court and those folks are usually brain fried anyway.

I was a little disappointed that the judge walked it back and gave him yet another chance, after flipping out and setting a trial date. Probably because he realised it fucked up the FBI’s offer.

And no, clearly he’s not a reliable witness, but if he has information, messages from others, telegram channels or caps that he can hand over, that’s still useful to an investigation.
