For the people saying it was a stupid move, you’re now BTFO’ed too. Know why? Because the prosecutor now has to try to force a felony. It won’t happen. This isn't 5D chess of any kind because the retard isn't capable. Neither Baked or his lawyer sounded like they were happy with the judge's reaction to his statement which doesn't support the idea of this being some kind of Machiavellian legal strategy. You have no idea what the prosecution will be allowed to bring up at trial because they're not far enough along in the process for the judge to decide. Keep in mind that most J6 defendants aren't public figures with documentary footage of them marching with white nationalists in Charlottesville, or years worth of publicly broadcasted livestreams saying and doing ignorant shit for tips. If he doesn't take the plea deal before trial he'll become Gaped Alaska.

From my very limited understanding, the judge is the arbiter of the law, and there to assure, to the best of their ability, you are treated fairly.

Slight side track here, the judge should be as neutral as possible, a judge like the one in the rittenhouse trial seemed to be what all judges should aspire to be. Convicting someone of what he was charged with is heavy shit. It has to be somewhat stressful to hold someone's life in their hands, and that seemed to weigh heavily on that judge.

My take was always Baked is too useless and stupid for the Feds to want to deal with him but then he told Milo his plea required cooperation and then after that he said the feds tried to warn him about January 6th the day before which they also did for Milo who has turned over evidence to the feds in the past. Baked might be so stupid the Feds consider him an asset and he doesn't even know it.

Don´t know, keeping the plea deal for more 60 days is pretty weird and judging by the reaction of all these new America Fags accounts that flooded the site since the "debate", he increased his rep among them making him a more valuable asset. It´s a stretch, but so is his deal...
