I'm listening to the total YOBA victory stream, and sounds like he's planning to take the stand. YOBA!

Someone did ask him that yesterday and he said "Yeah, maybe".This is giving baked way too much credit. But say his criminal court process takes a year and a half. At the end of he's found guilty, sentenced to 30 years and thrown into solitary confinement right next the the shaman. Never to be seen or heard from again.
It's between 2 and a half to 3 years into Biden's presidency. I wonder if BA is going all in on Trump getting reelected and pardoning all the January 6ers.
He'd get ridiculous street crid, for sticking by his beliefs and his president. It's a hell of a gambit and longshot. This might just be what this inbred means when he says, God has a plan for him.
TOTALLY YOBA AND GROYPER VICTORY !!!!Judge nixes Jan. 6 plea deal after right-wing streamer 'Baked Alaska' declares himself 'innocent'
That's not fair to idiots.Baked Alaska is an idiot.
This is high-octane lol-fuel.Baked operates under the delusion that God is on his side
Baked has the same understanding of Christianity as Michael Scott has of bankruptcy law.Someone did ask him that yesterday and he said "Yeah, maybe".
I think that's a secret hope of his. But I don't think it's going to happen. Trump hasn't said anything about the people that were arrested and are being held right now. In all reality, they're on their own. I don't think Trump has ANY loyalty to anyone or anything. Regardless of how you feel he did and what side of the aisle you sit on politically. He left them out there to hang.
I also don't think Trump is going to run for re election. I also don't think he should. I think he knows it wouldn't work out and it'd be a nightmare for him the entire way. The dude is dealing with how many lawsuits right now? Half started by the government? I think he was being held in contempt for something until recently (not locked up, but fined). He's too divisive. It's already really bad as it is. Him running again would cause it to get worse (if that's even possible).
No one is coming to save the Jan 6th people. No one.
Baked operates under the delusion that God is on his side and he is an Israelite persecuted and punished for simply believing in something. Pretty sure God wouldn't approve of most of the shit he does and says. I don't think God is all that keen on using the words Nigger, Nigga, Faggot. I don't think God is cool with Baked macing random people for content. I don't think God likes when people lie, cheat, gamble, and grift. Baked isn't Catholic. I doubt he attends Mass, he probably shouldn't receive communion, and he likely doesn't go to confession.
Trump, even if he gets reelected, will never pardon any Jan 6'ers, period. This is giving baked way too much credit. But say his criminal court process takes a year and a half. Because they're really that good. Prosecutors have to use discretion to decide which cases will be offered plea deals (more than 90%), and which go to trial. Usually they don't go to trial because a plea deal is better for all parties involved - judicial efficiency, likely to get a lower sentence than at trial, less work for prosecutors. The ones that do go to trial are the ones where the feds feel they can prove the elements of the charged crime(s) beyond a reasonable doubt, but the defendant disagrees and wants to fight. Is it because they are good ? or is it because when Feds are involved they have certain result they want ?
Win rates for the Federal Government is something like 99.6% (out of something like 74,000 cases they tried in 2019). They don't win those with shitty Attorney's who just passed the BAR. Those motherfuckers are ruthless and they're extremely smart. I'm not saying they're moral or altruistic. They're just REAL good at what they do. They don't charge unless there is a near certainty they will win and when they decide to charge, they go hard and they don't let go.Because they're really that good. I don't follow BA, nor really care about him, but seeing this whole thing unfold recently and how feds are literally glowing, I believe BA might have something on record that might shake something loose and start an inside investigation.Win rates for the Federal Government is something like 99.6% (out of something like 74,000 cases they tried in 2019). Which is strange why they'd offer BA a deal at all. They have him dead to rights. You can say the charge is bullshit and I'm apt to agree, but when we cut it down, he technically broke the law. The law might be stupid, but it's the law. This is how you know BA is full of shit. He knows he's not innocent. He may FEEL he did nothing wrong, but he cannot deny that he violated US Code. He's literally saying that he feels he did nothing wrong legally or morally. It's one thing to stand on principal. It's another to say you're innocent of the charges laid against you. And that's what fucked up the whole hearing.
The Government has him. He can't weasel out. This whole thing was just a stunt. The best part? The Government is under no obligation to offer him the plea deal at this point. It was contingent upon him pleading guilty yesterday. He didn't honor his end of the bargain. They can rescind their agreement at the next hearing even if he accepts it in the next 60 days and they can argue to the Judge how they're not required to still offer it due to BA not being compliant with the agreement. The prosecutor could make a decent argument for that as they're not the ones who are acting in bad faith. BA is. And that shit goes a LONG way in front of a criminal court.
All this over a fucking Misdemeanor. What is he so afraid of? What else did he do on Jan 6th that directly connects to the current charges they can tack on? The prosecutor said that BA could be investigated for other shit if he doesn't take the deal which makes me think that the Government knows about other shit they can hammer him on and it's ready to go, or it's a bluff to get him to comply, but why would the Government bluff? Money is no object. They have armies of Attorney's. They have nothing but time and resources. They don't need to bluff. If he goes to trial, it's a guaranteed jail sentence. If he takes a deal (if it's still available), he may not have any time and just runs on a suspended sentence with probation and a fine.
Would being a federal informant help?Which is strange why they'd offer BA a deal at all. They have him dead to rights.
Wish in one hand, shit in the other, see which one gets filled first.
Regardless of how you feel about Trump, I think we can all agree he doesn't even know who BA is, let alone has any pressing desire to pardon him if he gets re-election.
the judge went out of his way to say that this Prosecutor's office has always been honorable in his court. More polite formalities.Baked insinuated (I mean, he came right out and said it) that the prosecutor intimidated him into a plea and threatened him with more harsh charges if he didn't comply. That puts the prosecutors integrity into question and it probably pissed them off. They're officers of the court, so the claim wasn't taken seriously, but that would piss anyone off and some people are real fucking petty. Petty enough to look for a reason to withdraw the plea and just refuse to offer another.
I'm torn on this.Would being a federal informant help?
Agreed. I don't think the judge took it seriously and nothing will come of it. It was hand waved away. But, no matter who you are, that'd piss you off if you were accused of something highly improper/unethical that can bring sanctions on you by some fat fucking faggot that screams in a mic all day to retarded kids. It'd be hard to not take personally even if it wasn't taken seriously. I'd be less apt to help the faggot who not 5 minutes previous accused me of intimidating him into taking a plea deal. I'd tell him to go fuck himself personally, and I'd argue right there how the plea deal is no longer valid because BA did not and is not complying with the agreements to the deal.the judge went out of his way to say that this Prosecutor's office has always been honorable in his court. More polite formalities.
I think Baked Alaska is lucky solely because God wants him to keep bringing us the content.I'm torn on this.
Part of me sees him being a CI because he has the luck of the fucking devil. But the other part of me says he's too stupid to be a CI. BA, Ralph, and the rest of them are so fucking stupid, they cannot help but tell on themselves at every opportunity. And I'd figure BA is the kind of guy who would brag about being one. It takes a level of subtlety to be an informant. Something none of these idiots seem to possess.
And then, what would he realistically have that the feds would be interested in? I highly doubt that AF is a terrorist cell looking to overthrow the government. They're just retarded children who think they're the next 4chan and think that meme's can change the course of a nation. BA has footage of all the people on Jan 6th, but they'd get that even if BA didn't cooperate with them. So what would BA have that would interest the Government enough to bring him into the fold? What information would he have that they don't know?
It's hard to excuse the truly insane levels of luck he has though. BA throws the prosecutor under the bus by saying he was intimidated into pleading guilty otherwise they were going to charge him with a felony. He does the shit he does with impunity and there are no repercussions. At all. Even though the shit he's said and done is more than enough to rescind any kind of plea deal. On top of him being offered one to begin with while there are other people who have done far less than him that are sitting in solitary confinement right now with no option for bail and absolutely no plea deal.
I'm 50/50 on it.
God does gift us in mysterious ways. We are truly the chosen people.I think Baked Alaska is lucky solely because God wants him to keep bringing us the content.
