I think the prosecutor said that the deal they have setup right now will be on offer for the next 60 days then they rescind. Baked tried to throw the prosecutor under the bus with his little stunt. I know the legal field should be driven by logic and impartiality, but they're human and that would piss anyone off. I think that's why the prosecutor said something like "for the record, I didn't threaten him with a felony, I said if we go to trial, we would actively investigate other complaints related and that could result in other charges that could include a felony". She seemed annoyed and irritated that he would be an asshole like that and purposefully twist her words into something they weren't.

I don't believe for a second that a Prosecutor for the United States Federal Government would risk their career and standing over threatening some fat fucking slob and aspiring capo in a zoomer cult full of incels, weebs, and anti social pariah's that hate the world because it doesn't provide them with the instant gratification and praise they feel they're owed. These are highly experienced and ruthless Attorney's. They don't just let any retard from the University of Phoenix school of law be a Federal Prosecutor.

The deals being given out, I’m guessing, is mainly so that they can give these assholes a break and not have to send them away for 30 years, which would be embarrassing to the government and cause them to be martyrs etc. In theory they’re letting the poor stupid manipulated chumps off easy and going after the plotters behind it all, but frankly I don’t think their heart is in that either and they’re probably just going to drag it out until there’s a change of administration

Even Attorney's say that. You get questioned by the police? You say nothing. It's the cops job to prove you're guilty. Not prove you're innocent. Nothing you say to the cops can ever help you. You can't talk your way out of things, you can't explain it away. All you can do is hurt yourself by giving them statements that they can twist to make you guilty of something you didn't do. When the cops show up to question you, they already know if they're going to arrest you or not and you can't talk your way out of it.

To be fair, the Judge is required to ask the accused if they're pleading guilty and why they're pleading guilty (and if they feel they're guilty). The accused must answer this. Not the attorney. I have zero doubt that his lawyer explained what needed to happen and what needed to be said. It's their job to explain to their client how the process works and the proper steps and stages.
