I can only imagine how many desperate, untalented, retarded people harass this show on a similar level as our boy here. They undoubtedly have some policy of never even entertaining the idea simply due to the fact they will open the flood gates if gave in.
I've said it before, but not only would it open the flood gates of untalented hack suing to get on the show, no one would watch a talent show where some guy who can't carry a tune in a bucket is taking up a slot because he filed a lawsuit to get on. It would be suicide. At a minimum in my opinion, they have to ban Russ from ever audition again either for AGT or any other show NBC produces now or in the future, and if I were them, I'd go right for the throat with legal fees, court costs and anything else I thought I could reasonably tack on. They have to make an example of Russ, or other idiots will try. They probably still will, but if they run Russ through the legal equivalent of a woodchipper, it might discourage some people.
Russ wilts when faced with real consequences. He ran away from suing Farrah Abraham after her lawyer told him they were going to countersue (and that she wouldn't be there, which wrecked his fantasy), he never mentioned Taylor Swift again after her legal team sent him a C&D telling him to stop trying to contact her or they'd report him for harassment. Ariana Grande's legal team did the same thing and he never mentioned her again either. He even left Erika alone after she filed a police report against him. Marathon should do the same. Once they do though, I'm afraid he'll focus his idiot rage on Molly Lens. He'll perceive her as the person most responsible for blocking his dream of
endless pussy fame, and since she's a mere woman, she must be punished for defying a man (namely, him).
It's fun to speculate what our and God's Favorite Idiot will do next, so I think once the AGT suit is kicked to arbitration (or dismissed outright, since his one serious demand is now moot), he'll never bring it up again. I think he might go after Skordas next, or cook up another half-considered idea and run with it. Or maybe he'll try to get individual users' information and sue them!
Greer vs. Jones will be the legal battle for the ages! Maybe I can get
@Useful_Mistake to represent me.
