cheap fans tend to do that, if it's not something outright retarded like having your whole pc angled and not leveled (because it puts uneven strain on the mechanical parts).

You know, I love Pippa and all, but I could never simp to the level of buying someone something off a wishlist. I'm even dragging my feet on giving Null money for the True and Honest Simp badge, but that feels less strange as it's just cash and it's to support something I enjoy. I get that ultimately super chats, gifts, and whatever are no different from giving money on patreon or a general donation, but something about the former feels skeevy. I'd rather just give them cash with no strings attached just to support the content than do it so that they read a message (unless my message is an advert for something I'm selling). Maybe that's just my autism though and it does extend to participating in chat as something about that feels desperate as well.

really depends on the gifts, but either way you're supporting the entertainment you get. most people don't, the ones that do pick money because it's the easiest and fastest. otoh someone gifting the rabbit fucking hardwood floortiles can be sure 30% aren't getting to susan.

I dont know what clipper channels you all check, but the ones i do dont rely only on lewdness & drama for clicks. Melody & Finana are lewd vtubers with or without clips, and the clips are proportional to the content they offer, thats why someone like Ina for example is really hard to milk a lewd clip. Not everyone has all the time of the world to see entire streams, even just to prove someone that X vtuber its lewd or not, a lot of viewers consume more clips than full streams so i cant blame their subjective judgement.

And yes i know all started with a bait but i wanted to point that anyways.

it's also not only about the clips themselves, but the effect they have (yes, marine really is always horni and fubuki is a cat). clips are never the proportional representation of anyone, otherwise I'd have to assume ina is saying wah every five fucking seconds, and that's before we define what "lewd" even means in that context (which a lot of clips also don't).
it's simply a dumb take when a single clipper can manage to make gura never play RFA again.
