I apologize for bad/inconsistent file formatting but I felt that preserving them in the state I came upon them on the server that makes sure only 200 of last messages are remaining in history was more important.

Said account was renamed into @Enclave Emily mid-stream and started behaving weird, allegedly to discredit her as a preparation for their 'debate' on Fair Use that was scheduled to be next.
When confronted about it by actual Emily he made this response to it, showing again what's his 'career' is about:

Imma reiterate: the stream started with the imposter having a different name and there was noone else during that stream who 'paid' Stabbins money. The 'debate' from Acer's side is uploaded to his YT channel here. I didn't download and archive it because 7 hours is too much. In the early part he thanks that imposter account by its previous nickname, bedsheetsupreme (the name being the only gifter is archived on the leaderboards because that piece of Twitch updates irregularly).
He kicked Skibbity prematurely after being angered by the fact that Skibbity agreed on some points with one of Creetosis friends closer to the end of the livestream.

Despite being the one who got dunked on, he announced (a) on his YT that he was pleased with the result.

Expecting that Acer would edit the debate to make it look more in his favour, Skibbity uploaded the livestream from his side (surprisingly, Stabbins mostly didn't). Acer immideatly copyright-struck the upload:

He's part of the video so he has copyright on it. If he doesn't want other people to upload videos then he shouldn't invite them in. I hope Alphabet steps in and just bans him from their services since all he does is abuse it.

Until people start fighting and something is done about his false DMCA's. This guy is desperate to be a Youtube/ streaming star so it's best to find any way possible to take that away from him. It will devastate him. Sure it'll mean this thread becomes inactive because what he'll do afterwards but I think it's better for everyone on a streaming platform.
