My guess is he was fat first, then got desperate enough to reach for anything at all. Late (and I've been drinking so forgive me) but Lou isn't prison gay, he's furry gay. It may sound the same, but most male furries start out with some sort of hermaphrodite character so they can be a dude, but play a "girl" so they can RP with dudes and have it not be gay. They them come out with some male version of said character and continue life as normal, peppering in more peen as they go.
