The floor plans for Forest Oak Apartments doesn't match up with that drop ceiling. Forest Oak apartments built a second complex in 2015 and that what's shown in street view. The main complex is in the distance

It's so strange to me for you to bring it up, i was just talking to a couple folks about him a few days ago, i thought he was completely gone, but this videos were on his backup channel.
