I'm sure this is on a lot our mind's right now. It has been discussed before. As I understand it, there isn't much the jail can do to prohibit an incarcerated person (especially one who, like Chris, hasn't been convicted. There can't be any doubt that a lot of people have written to him since his return to the Jail of Fail. Did Heilberg, the jailers or the medical staff at the hospital somehow convince our Blue Heart Goddess that it was in his best interest not to respond to any correspondence? This seems highly unlikely to me, but if no letters are published soon it may well be true. What are the other possibilities? Are they refusing him his rights by restricting his ability to buy stamps and stationary? How long can they keep this up?

If he's still under medical restriction, they might prohibit him from communicating with others. This could be what resulted from his February hearing, regardless of where he is being held.

In peacetime there were still unmarried men, but they were usually only the most retarded or the most horrible people in general. Someone like Chris would probably get an arranged marriage with a somewhat ugly girl, or a 30+ year old spinster.

Basically as an average woman, you didn't have a chance trying to court/marry some high class guy. You had to settle for an average guy. You could try to be the side piece of the high class guy, but if discovered, the shame would hurt your prospects for a good long-term partner.

The incel revolution is a meme and a joke in the west, but there's a bit of truth behind it too. China is facing these issues now for a variety of reasons (mostly female abortions/infanticide), where the government is genuinely worried about their huge excess of unmarried men formenting discontent.

But since biologically speaking, the only goal of life is reproduction and survival, not getting laid because you are not able to (not because of it being a genuine choice), does mean that there is something undesirable or "wrong" with your genetics. I know many people find it really hard to accept this but really it all boils down to this. So yeah, it IS an issue as it signals you are not deemed fit enough to pass on your genes.

Men are not valuable as individuals because one man can create much jizz. I understand "It's okay to be different", but in Chris' case, how can he be accepted, when he shows behavior that indicates otherwise? Bob and Barbra conditioned Chris to reinforce him because he's 'special' and no one can argue otherwise: "you're right; they're wrong". Chris thought "Everyone has to like me!" which, as time went by went in the complete opposite direction.

i understand that parole and other mechanics of releasing him require the books say he's going somewhere specific, so he won't be dumped at the bus stop.

they don't need to hold him til everything is in effect though. his tugboat will take a few months and section8 won't even put him on the 4 year waiting list til he has that settled.

I think with Null, it was more just chris beraking the final straw. He tried to do everything possible to help this guy out of pity for his own retardation but at the end of the day there's just no helping someone who goes against any and all advice you give them.

First off, I didn't think collecting money for chris was a good idea. But null did explicitly state that any money after the everfree goal that was collected would be used for chris for an emergency. It said so on the gofundme, it said it in the thread, he said it on stream. He didn't trick anyone.

Giving money to Chris is always a stupid idea. However the way null handled it was fine and made Chris put some form of effort into doing something. He would likely end up heading to the convention, then the phone call dropped. Even Null could not anticipate that, and since he has said that the money can be used for emergencies, it's all fine. After Chris violated the EPO he immediately returned the cash to the funders.
