In my admittedly inexpert opinion, I'd say it's a combo of narcissistic personality disorder, autism, and low IQ. Like you said, and AnOminous said, if he were smarter, he'd realize that people have reasons for the things they do, he just can't understand them. Since he's not smart at all, we get Russ. He has the problem a lot of autistic people have in that he can't get nonverbal hints, and can't get verbal hints either. You have to tell him to leave you alone in those words. However, unlike a lot of autists, that doesn't even work all the time with Russ. Erika told him to leave her alone, and he did for a bit, then tried to contact her to see if she changed her mind. I suspect Taylor Swift's family also told him to go away, but again, Russ always thinks he's got a reason that he doesn't have to follow people's clearly stated wishes.

I'm glad he's returned to Facebook. I wonder if he'll mention AGT at all on there. He's either putting on a show of "it doesn't matter, better things are coming!" or he really doesn't care anymore because he found something else to fixate on. If that's the case, I'm sure he'll post about it soon enough.

He's a Cluster B nightmare but I agree that he's not autistic. He's extremely self-centered, desperate for attention and validation, and indifferent to the humanity of others. Add the Mormon upbringing (which still dictates much of what he thinks are social norms despite him leaving the church) and you have an absolute horror of a person.

I've gone through her Instagram and she doesn't seem to engage with with commenters at all. If (when) Russ shows his true colors, she probably won't even notice. I bet she doesn't check her DMs on her barista account. I wish there was an option for promotional accounts like that to just disable DMs to keep people like Russ from bothering the account owner.

Where? I think you and @Just A Butt are thinking of another past case he tried to intervene in. It's possible that I'm mistaken but I don't think I am. As far as I'm aware we haven't seen these documents in the past.

His motion to intervene in the previous case was never denied because the case was dismissed altogether before the judge even ruled on Russ' motion. This is something different.

Just did a search. I'm right (as usual). You're talking about another case he tried to insert himself into a few years ago before he moved to Vegas. We have not seen these documents. Missing from these is Russ' petition to intervene. We need to see that.

Yeah, this is a different case. They're trying to say prostitution is slavery and violates the 13th Amendment so the court should just rule you can't legalize it because it directly violates the Constitution. Of course, this ignores that while sex trafficking is a big problem, many women do so of their own free will. Lumping it all together as sex trafficking means the police would be forced to spend time "rescuing" people who are patently not in danger. None of this of course has any bearing on whether or not Russ can weasel his way into it. While they use loaded language (repeatedly referring to paying for sex as "buying women") they do a good job of explaining why the horny little bastard has no business butting into an important case such as this.
