I looked up the username for the horse and they're predictably a transwoman. So, yes.

Whenever you see a female fursuit, especially one with big tits, you can bet your arse it's a dude underneath.

Just makes me wonder about female suiters. One I know of that's a legit woman is Pocari the Sodaroo but the character is male and she later came out as genderfluid, most likely because of her suiting up as a male character. Not even girls are immune to losing their identities via cross-suiting.

Fullsuits are a good way of hiding the body form so you can avoid being oogled by people.
Though funny enough, the lioness costume is sexualised to some degree by using the female form via skin-tight suit and not exaggerated boobs or bum.

It looks like they're trying to make a skeleton effect since I see ribs/spine. But it gets lost in the fur and looks so lumpy, like it's rolls of fat.

It's a poor try at the Cheshire Cat from American McGee's Alice. Needs to be far better fitted with shorter fur and more purposeful emulation of bone placement to stand even the slightest chance of looking right, cus the character's practically a damn skeleton. They didn't even get his grin right, it looks like they gave him a doofy overbite instead..

An attempt was made, and not a good one. The problem with working with minky material like that is that it amplifies, rather than hides, every flaw in your work. And it makes the cowl look horrifying, especially in a peachy pink like that.
