UK troons honestly look the worst out of all of them. Obviously something about English peoples' genes, particularly in the south (though nearly all of the troons in the UK come from the Midlands or Scotland for some strange reason).

Also, holy shit, losing 100k. Can't wait to see the cope from him.

They're often somewhat relevant in a certain community space for a few months or years at most, perhaps getting to know and get on with people with a good reputation in a niche community, before they start falling behind their peers and it starts to show, then they become more desperate for attention.

My theory, gamergate and the clique.

Jim got into the game journo clique (see his relationship with LKD @Oliver Onions mentioned, and his involvement with Zoe Quinn scam "chuck tingle game") and went all in on anti-gamergate.

He painted himself into a corner as he was a pro-consumer pundit who couldn't call out anti-consumer behaviour without pissing off the clique. His interest in gaming declined as the fad was wearing off and ranting about politics on Twitter was the new popular thing. So he's hoping to pivot into breadtube and wrestling.

He should rename his channel to Self-destructoid.

The time when I was watching Jim regularly was a very dark time in my life indeed. I got out before the troon arc but I watched his newest video just now to see where he's at and good god, his jokes, production and video structure has gone so far downhill from what I remember and to make matters worse you need to look at him dressed as un ugly woman now too.
How does anyone stomach this?
