A pedigree doesn't guarantee anything except for who the dog's parents are, and many breed clubs don't even have a list of mandatory health scores for parents before breeding. It's just a series of forms you print out and send them money lol, zero inherent health guarantee. It's all up to how much the individual breeder cares.
