Both of the Southern sisters are cute af and have something very important in common : they are both so far out of Ralph’s league that he may as well be a different species. Which is fitting, being that his genetics are more Hog than Human.

For clarity since Ralph made a cut that should be easy to figure out but fumbles on the 1 yard line because nobody "in the sektur" has ever heard of Whitney, the sister...
I'm pretty sure the Sarah Jessica Parker cosplayer is Whitney based on google image searching, but I cannot tell if Ralph's just going for a dig at the looks or also trying to imply Jess and Amber are similar in personality since Jess said Ralph was creepy.
Whatever the case, a joke that requires reverse image search for all but the most tabloid addicted to understand who the other sisters are, and still doesn't explain itself even if you know the people involved is poor form and execution, 0/10.

Jim didn't criticize Baked for self censoring, he criticized Baked for censoring his chat.
If Ralph can't see the difference between censoring yourself voluntarily and censoring your chat because you don't like what they are saying, then I guess he truly is an idiot.
