African-American Appreciation Thread - Highlighting contributions from our most productive citizens

Someone on Reddit made a graph comparing the race of actors in the 2022 Super Bowl commercials versus the general population:

Blacks extreme overrepresented, whites slightly underrepresented, and latinos extremely underrepresented. I assume the marketers wanted to include as many black people as possible, leading latinos to get the short end of the stick since they have less cash to spend than the whites.

Another reason is maybe Latinos are less likely to watch the superbowl. Those represented splits seem about what I'd expect of the viewing audience.
If this were the Daytona 500 I'd expect mostly white representation.
Although that would be skewed by where the commercials comes from, ie: superbowl commercials are made for the superbowl, but Nascar commercials are likely just long run commercials. So I'd expect more non-white faces sneaking in than the expected audience splits from commercials that are just being reused.

Here a variation of one Stonetoss' comic who could fit this thread. :story:

I wonder how they feel now then BLM used the cash they gived for the mansions of BLM founders?

When a demographic is a bucket of crabs, there is something to be said about the ones who manage to genuinely climb out. I feel the same way about obeasts.
Same. I feel bad for people with things like BED or who are overweight and are actually trying and just haven't made it through yet. It's a hard road and it doesn't help that those who envy your walk are constantly trying to pull you off into the bushes.

Latinos aren't marketable in the same way, either.
Take a woman from deepest Guatemala in 1945 and within two generations in the US her grandchildren will look "vaguely brown" or even "white" if both mothers chose European husbands. You don't see that same shit with black families and I don't know why because it's not my area of experience. Was there just less cross-racial marriage happening?

I think it comes down to genetic differences that make Negroid traits particularly prominent in comparison to Eurasian traits. Caucasians share a lot of traits with the Asiatic subdivisions, so the traits tend to mesh together more in comparison to the rather distinctive traits of the Sub-Saharan population. In so many words, it's the hair and skin tone.

This is because of how pre-human races branched off before homo sapien. Some weird shit happened in Africa where early homo sapiens or the version just before them cross bred with a branch that went extinct rather than surviving to continue evolving. Something like that. There was a snippet about African DNA being about 20% extinct nonhuman somewhere earlier in the thread that touched on it. I don't remember many of the details that go deeper into it.

Strange thing is that there is indication that Eurasians interbred with Neanderthals and that there are still residual components in our genomes. Of course, I'm of the school that Neanderthalensis was probably a Sapiens subspecies, so I don't know how much that contrasts with the information you're talking about.

From what I read on that article, BLM killed more blacks than 86 years of lynching.

Btw, will BLM give some attention from that clip from Boyz n the Hood?
Is there another source than American Thinker? What kind of name is that?

Compared to HuffPo, Vice, Buzzfeed, American Thinker have better guys who thinks right, lol. :story:

As for their sources. Their stats came from various FBI reports.
The "excess" murder victims from 2015 through 2020 who were black -- that is, the additional black victims each year beyond the 2014 baseline -- add up to 11,005. Compare that to the number of lynchings during the heyday of Jim Crow. According to the Tuskegee Institute, the number of blacks lynched from 1882 through 1968 was 3,446.

Here are the numbers of black murder victims from 2014 through 2020:

Year No. of Blacks Murdered"Excess" Victims
2014 6,095 --
2015 7,039 944
2016 7,881 1,786
2017 7,851 1,756
2018 7,407 1,312
2019 7,484 1,389
2020 9,913 3,818
The numbers come from the FBI, though the FBI report for 2020 was visible online for only a short time in 2021. Crime analyst Jeff Asher reported the 2020 figures before the FBI took the report down.

It's the other way around. Blacks are the original Homo Sapiens, everyone else is subspecies: https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/understanding/dtcgenetictesting/neanderthaldna/

In a rare moment, proud Africans finally speak up and complain about Walmarts niggerteenth ice cream:https://newsnationnow.com/us-news/w...cklash-on-social-media-nobody-asked-for-this/

This is extraordinary because over the course of hundreds of years blacks have been proud and reluctant to complain about the most agonizing minutiae possible and start physically destroying the environment around them just for a wrong look.

No further data in word of mouth reports about consumers going to Chuck E Cheese later to “stab baby momma in da head” and “snatch weaves”

Swirled red velvet and cheesecake ice cream sounds delicious. Supposedly Walmart is bootlegging the flavor from muh black-owned ice cream brand available at Target, which is pissing them off more. Well I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I'm relieved to know that I can try out some swirled red velvet and cheesecake ice cream from Walmart without having to patron a most likely overpriced gibbsmedat brand from the gender-neutral bathroom and overpriced-discount boutique that is Target.

...Or I could make my own cream cheese iced red velvet cake and have it with some ice cream to avoid monetarily voting for Walmart's shitty woke pandering. Decisions, decisions.

Yeah, you all are a forgotten demo. If I didn't live in an area full of reservations (closest one is 3 miles from my house), I would mostly forget they exist too, until I get nostalgic and watch some film with Graham Greene from the early 90s like Dances With Wolves or Free Willy or I watch Last of the Mohicans. I have no real opinion of them, besides I have had a few vent to me about rez corruption.
