Normally I'd argue it's wishful thinking to assume adoption services are anywhere near flawless and properly vet everyone, but in this case this girl is so batshit crazy I feel like you'd have to go out of your way as a social worker to give her a kid.

it isn't even just that there are more people who want to adopt than there are adoptable babies, it is also that raising an adopted child is way harder than raising kids related to you, even indirectly related. Families with both adopted and related children generally report that every effort is made to give equal parenting but it just isn't possible. There are all kinds of things that get passed on that are hard to measure or account for, like weird things you did as a child that you forgot, that you only remember when your kids do the exact same shit unprompted. And who is going to know if the weird thing is cause for alarm, or ultimately harmless? The person who already did it and grew up, that's who. A mentally ill stranger has very little chance of being able to figure it out correctly.

At this point in time, I wouldn't be surprised if they grant ftms hysterectomies anyway because of dysphoria. Doctors who do GRS/SRS would probably recommend other doctors who would skip the usual gatekeeping and be 100% on board with removing reproductive organs if asked.

It's just plain wrong to assume everyone wants children or eventually will want children. She's 19 and I doubt she's given it much thought either way. It doesn't sound like she's freaking out over it to me, and this is all generously assuming the account isn't a troll (how long has this thread kept tabs on her? It seems like she's been 19 forever). I don't think we should be encouraging people with severe mental issues to reproduce because of "muh biological imperative". All it does it create misery for parents and children. That said it is for the same reason this is morally repugnant, to sterilise someone who you cannot possibly say will one day actually really want a child. Women really should start lying about being troons to doctors to get voluntarily sterilised as there are women in their mid 30s and over who still aren't granted these procedures, yet they are being given to literal children for no medical reason at all.

doctors are chop happy as a profession until they get sued into oblivion for being that way. they are asking "what/if you change your mind?" because someone else years ago automatically granted these requests and then lost everything because juries are extremely sympathetic to barren women. Then the error of their ways trickles into medical school teaching. history repeats itself. I don't know how much sympathy the people in this thread will get though because of the obvious degeneracy and how proud they are of it.
the majority of people eventually want children, like close to 9 out of 10. it isn't wrong to assume that any given person is going to be a part of the majority.

I knew a LOT of women who didn’t want kids, absolutely and definitely who eventually did want kids. Surgeons have historically not granted sterilisations because of the risk of being sued, because the regret rate is massive and also because a driven desire to get sterilised when young is often a marker of mental illness and /or sexual abuse.

On the other hand, there are women (and men) who have children and regret it. Unfortunately, there is no way to predict with total accuracy how you are going to feel about having children, until you either have them or reach a certain age childfree and are content with that decision. I suspect a majority will likely always have children, but to tell people who don't want them that they should or just don't know that they do deep down is cruel imo. It's besides the point anyway, the main thing I was getting at is that sterilising young people for non-medical reasons is morally wrong, based on the aforementioned lack of total certainty. I get why doctors don't sterilise younger women because of that, past a certain age though it should be granted I think.
Back on topic - apparently someone has an "ashy" phallo dick that seems to be grafted from their thigh. Is this because of her eczema, or can issues with blood flow cause skin problems like this? ...yeah, that's a sign of the transplanted tissue being rejected by the body. Her immune system is trying to yeet her thigh sausage. I give it 6 months, tops.
EDIT: I'll attach photo of a transplanted hand (something that never took off for this exact reason) showing signs of rejection. It might look like eczema at a glance, but it's not, it's a sign of the tissue being systematically destroyed by the immune system. At this point the transplanted limb should just be removed.
