I know Twitch has in their partner contract a part where it says that if said partner has negative attention on them they can simply end the contract.

I'm well aware this is Twitch and not YouTube, however I'm positive even YouTube has similar parts in their agreement or whatever they use.
With Phil however it's funny because he flat out breaks TOS. He will make racist jokes (black lady stealing your backpack or Philisanigger) or use said platform to beg and feign distress and get away with it because detractors don't understand Twitter is not YouTube. Even my favourite alcoholic drug abuser, sex offender and worst father ever Ethan Ralph knows the power of a well formed email or proper use of the report tool.

You can definitely find something to fuck him up.

Agreed, no doubt. I personally like PoP the most because he doesn't pretend to be above it all. He will say he wants Phil to fuck off or whatever else and honestly we all feel that way. No one here wants Phil to better himself, we all want to see the same thing which is him getting some karma. I never understood why some detractors want to pretend to be above it.
But even that aside, he follows Phil's income, asks for fuck all in return and even set up Jasper's angels. The biggest of ups.

Check his reddit profile and see his earliest comment which was about people playing on a street fighter cabinet outside somewhere, unless this person is/was heavily involved in the tri state FGC in the early 2000's, then it seems like this account is actually Phil's, I was wondering what happened to this reddit account months ago and couldn't find it for the life of me after seeing that particular post on reddit whilst browsing randomly, but now that I've seen that same post again and he's clearly referenced reddit in a tweet just before, it's just as likely being Phil's account as much as that Downfromtherafters account on Champions is his.

Absolutely, the daily shit Phil pulls will look like absolute insanity to even a somewhat normal person, exposing more people to this piece of shit can only hurt him in the long run.

I know 30 years ago when Phil went to college for his business degree they probably taught him there’s no such thing as bad publicity, but when your entire business is built around people liking you enough to give you money, the bad publicity is definitely not doing you any good

Phil is a toxic asshole, and when he’s not a toxic asshole his gameplay is boring as shit, even a high functioning tard won’t find the appeal to his content, I’ll take more people collectively realizing this dude sucks at the expense of more potential dregs of society showing up to support him a little more

Plus this is one of Dave’s biggest fears, it’s no secret he actively hates being exposed to more people, he wants a tiny cult that he can control over a huge fanbase that will call him out on his lies and bullshit

If Phil would just play to be an asshole it would all be fine. Of course there would always be people who make fun of him but that's life. Or remember when he said "it was always my stick that i rage at games"? Then why the fuck would it hurt him so much when others make fun of him? Ah yes it hurts him. Yeah right. If he would have been smart he would have capitalized on TIHYDP but no he was acting like the special snowflake he is and tried to take down those videos. Who knows maybe now someone will start digging through some of his really old stuff to compare it with today. I love how @Piece of Peace exposed Phil in LSF. He hurt Phil so much that Phil had to show up and continue to read and post outside his little hug box. As @Nigel of Ukip pointed out Phil hates when people show up to engage with khantent, he has done everything to control his life, business, and streams. Yet people like Piece, Keem, and a few others tug at the mask and tonight it slipped a little more. I can't wait to watch the salt flow today. Big ups PoP.

I was curious what he thought would happen. I was unsure why Phil wanted people to gift all of those memberships when he only gets like 60% of it while paypal tips he gets 100%.

He says he called it and it happened and he got all of the gifted memberships but now needs those tips. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

I remember Clark Dent gifting like 200 or 300 members once in a video. Then when DSP left to youtube from twitch Phil acted like he legit had 1k fans and not all of them followed him to youtube.

This all together goes to show he knows he has like 80-300 legit viewers and about 5-10 legit whales since he is begging them to do gifted memberships but then also goes to show the process how he begins the believe the lie as it slowly turns from the lie of "these are hundreds of gifted memberships" to "every membership is a legit fan".

Next he will be on the "we have 600 members and if everyone just gave a dollar" sales pitch as he will forget they are all gifted.
