You can definitely find something to fuck him up.I know Twitch has in their partner contract a part where it says that if said partner has negative attention on them they can simply end the contract.
I'm well aware this is Twitch and not YouTube, however I'm positive even YouTube has similar parts in their agreement or whatever they use.
With Phil however it's funny because he flat out breaks TOS. He will make racist jokes (black lady stealing your backpack or Philisanigger) or use said platform to beg and feign distress and get away with it because detractors don't understand Twitter is not YouTube. Even my favourite alcoholic drug abuser, sex offender and worst father ever Ethan Ralph knows the power of a well formed email or proper use of the report tool.
