The FFS procedure was originally designed with unfortunately looking women in mind. Applying it to men, who's skulls are generally larger and have a different structure, has little to no effect unless they were already very effete.

I've never experienced this post-surgery depression they talk about like it's just a thing that always happen. Usually there's relief that it's over and feeling better because whatever was bugging me has been fixed. The pain is the worst part, but they give you gold drugs and as long as you take them on schedule that really isn't an issue (if you ever have surgery set up an alarm to take a pain pill at night when you're sleeping - trust me, you want to stay ahead of the pain like that).
I think this depression they talk about is more like post-nut clarity. They wake up feeling all excited but pretty soon it becomes clear they made a huge mistake. They aren't depressed, their grieving the loss of their penis/previous life. Which is something quite common among chronically ill people right after their diagnosis.

Never quite got why every member of the LGBT sandwich hates comedy. Part of normalizing something to people is talking shit about it - comedy lowers a person's barriers because they'll see it as less threatening. Hell, I think it's hilarious when people make fun of wops or men or "yt ppl" or quite literally anything slightly related to myself, because I am not insecure about any of these things.
By outright saying "you can NOT laugh at any of these things that make us insecure or even talk about us in a slightly humorous manner", all you do is make more enemies, and people will go from laughing at you to actually harassing you.
