I feel like he really wants to bring everyone down to his level because he never tried to do anything new and revolutionary. He makes all of his ideas based on composites of other peoples ideas. Makes sense why he would assume himself to be some kind of development executive that was just never given his shot. Bob has been mentally stuck on his early teens since fucking forever, this fucker will be a geezer, unaware of where he is or what day it is, and after all these years he will still be bitching about shit that happened fucking decades ago, about people that probably don't even remember who he is. The problem isn't even his appearance, he isn't deformed or anything, and with a good diet he could look normal even at his age, the problem is his personality: Bob is an awful, awful person, deeply unpleasant to be around and an abusive asshole that shows his true colors the second you disagree with him about anything, labeling you as subhuman, brainless and unworthy of rights.
