I've had a hard time trusting anyone when it comes to this shit because I don't speak Ukrainian and everything I read is at minimum filtered through a translator.
Same really. Hence why I came here because one has to be extremely selectively with their sources.

New information is interesting but it gotta be taken with a grain of salt

It's real.
Thing is, it's just a proposed change to an Article 22-1, not an already done deal.

OK, that website is fucking ass, found a better one:

"Valid until: January 25, 2023"
I think that "valid until" is for that person's e-signature.

Poked around a bit and I can't find the actual text of the proposed law.
Google calls it the "Draft Law on Amendments to Article 22-1 of the Statute of the Internal Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Ensure the Possibility of Cessation of Criminal Offenses in the Conditions of a Special Period"

Doing some research, Article 22-1 is the following:
22-1. The commander (chief) in the conditions of the special period, including in the conditions of warlike situation or fighting situation, for the purpose of detention of the serviceman, makes the act falling under signs of the criminal offense connected with disobedience, resistance or threat to the chief, use of violence, unauthorized leaving of fighting line items and certain places of dislocation of military units (divisions) in areas of accomplishment of fighting tasks has the right to personally apply measures of physical impact without damnification to health of the serviceman and the special means sufficient for the termination of illegal actions.

In fighting situation the commander (chief) can use weapon to give to subordinates the order on its application if in a different way it is impossible to stop criminal offense, at the same time without causing death to the serviceman.

If circumstances allow, the commander (chief) before application of measures of physical impact, special means or weapon shall warn by voice or shot about it up person against whom such measures can be applied.
Source.

Riddle me this and riddle it more
If country that claims that it's winning the war
Allows higher ups to kill soldiers on sight
That means they're still winning the war, am I right?

TL;DR ukies statute had that part about dealing with insubordinate soldiers that allowed officers to deal with them in any way "except causing soldier's death", but suddenly a senator from Zelensky's party creates amendment 7351, which is going to erase the part about "causing death" i.e. allows officers to kill their soldiers on sight. Not so long ago they tried to pass the law that would rip everyone who left the country of their citizenship, namely draftable men, if they won't come back in 30 days (current status is unknown, but I doubt it will pass, it's too retarded). A month before it was "2 weeks or you get 10 years in prison when you come back"., but it seems that it failed to pass the voting. Perfect indicators of things going well.

Wait, so one of poorest contry in europe is kicking great russia ass? lol, why cant russia conquer them, instead just fights for some small villages in donbass and luhansk? :story:
Even the people in the back have realized by now that russia is fighting a proxy war with NATO and the US.

The DPR even found a OSCE satellite phone on one of the prisoners taken at Azovstal

In other news

Retreating Uke forces destroyed the bridge between Svitlodarsk & Luhans'ke in order to slow down the advancing Russian forces. This will also make holding territory SE of the bridge difficult for Ukes going forward and will likely lose control of that terrain to Russia.

Edit: Bonus footage of Kazaks. They say they came to hunt Nazis - now there are Chechens, Russians, Syrians and Kazaks in Severodonetsk

Yeah, they've been observing the conflict for like 8 fucking years.

When I bring up this the usual suspects dislike my posts. Curious.

Today I learned the Soviet Union lost WWII to Germany because of the "not one step back" order by Stalin.
The idea is fucking retarded because it throws morale down the toilet but if you want to make a case for Ukraine losing, we have the actual situation on the ground. It's not the fine print in a law that loses the war, it's the numerically superior army realizing they don't have the support to resist Russian advances.

It's going to be hilarious when both sides inevitably claim supreme victory, and unless Russia manages to achieve maximalist goals like East/West Ukraine or land locking it we'll have to deal with the talking heads saying Ukraine won even though they're definitely losing Kherson oblast and the Donbass.
The US media already redefined surrender as "evacuation to Russian territory with Russian escort." If Russia swept Ukraine and gave Poland a few kicks for their trouble the media would undoubtedly claim "TOTAL NATO VICTORY!"

It's real.

It is simply adding to the pile of evidence that Ukraine's situation is going sideways. Is it likely that a law being passed will be that one piece of evidence that makes some one go "damn, Ukraine might not pull this off." Probably not. But it is one more grain of sand on the scale.

Hell, the other thread I watch on this had people cheering because one Russia's diplomats or envoys defected. Clearly Russia is in trouble now.

The US should withdraw its troops from Ukraine and the war will end lol.

Yes, a great fucking comparison when the task of the Third Reich was the destruction of the Slavs as such, and the current situation looks like "to the last Ukrainian" because of an idiot in power, which, despite the hatred of Muscovites, many Ukrainians recognize. And we have already seen how numerical superiority looks from Ukraine. Whole divisions are asking for help and refusing to fight. And then people tell me about meat shields-separatists hah!

Ahahah, every fucking time, "but what about". I am sure it's gonna help, considering this is what nazi batallions basically did with the army.

Can't lower what ain't there. I've seen at least 5 videos of ukies telling Zelensky they won't fight in the last three days.

It's not the fine print in a law that loses the war
If you read the rest of my post, you would have a higher chance of not looking stupid. Nevermind the fact, that recently "It's ok, I am jewish" admitted that they lose 50-100 men on the hardest segment each day, I repeat UP TILL 100 MEN ON ONE SINGLE SEGMENT EVERY DAY. Lines up perfectly well with the rest of their bright law projects.

:gunt:Exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia:gunt:

The exchange rate only means that Russian companies aren't buying foreign currency. Due to all the sanctions, the inability to purchase many types of foreign goods reduced the demand for USD and Euro and lead to a "pooling" of foreign currency that can't be offloaded as easily.
High supply and low demand means prices get slashed.

What do you think the OSCE is?

Next time stop to read so that you can realize that you're actually agreeing with me.

Lol No, even that excuse doesn't work. Putin signed a decree on reducing the requirement for the mandatory sale of foreign exchange earnings of exporters from 80% to 50%.
