Drank can kill, especially when done to pig levels of excess by fat fucks who are half dead anyway like the rage pig. One pigout on this shit and he could just stop breathing in his sleep, or have a heart attack because of existing cardiac problems exacerbated by the drug abuse.

DJ Screw and Big Moe (mainly famous for dying of drank rather than any actual talent) were both big huge fat fucks like Ralph.

Codeine is OTC in Portugal. However, I believe you can only get it OTC when mixed with Tylenol. Basically you need 3-4 doses of Tylenol 3 to get a high equivalent with 10mg of Oxy. That’s weak stuff if you are into getting high on opioids. Also liver toxicity from the Tylenol alone will become an issue when chasing the high this way. Then add the liquor and Ralph’s sickly liver will blow up. If his liver somehow survives this, he will for sure turn into a full blown opioid addict very quickly.

You know, I think Ralph would do a great job working as a spokesman for a charity that tackles drug addiction and/or promotes drug education. He's doing a really good job here at making drugs look lame as fuck.

Ralph’s in a weird position. Most white trash use their bastard babies they don’t support as a shield, against all repercussions especially in criminal court. Ralph said this himself in the leaked DM about being a Courtroom Operator. ‘Your Honah, I just want to see Muh Son’.
After a year though even Ralph realizes that shit won’t fly, so now he’s reduced to using
MUH DAID MOMMAH as a shield against all enemies.
Maybe it will eventually sink in that it’s not working for him as an excuse either, but it’s all he has, unless he wants to keep playing his ReRoll Spite Family card. That works as long as Meigh plays along.
