It's hilarious to me how many of these retards actually think the NRA is the end-all, be-all of gun ownership in America.
They're kinda like the ACLU if they did their jobs, they file lawsuits and pester people who overstep, but they don't really have teeth beyond litigation.

Trust me, and call it fedposting if you wish but it's true, the fight over gun ownership won't be fought with pen and paper.

The more things change the more they stay the same. After all, if people integrate based on their hobbies, work ethics, and ideals then the gov’t is in hot water.

They would have to put in effort, probably have to deal with Musk sandbagging any strange warrants while always having “connection issues” when the NSA gets in through other means and gets caught. That would be the optimistic route.

What do you mean? We are united... in our hatred. He has been one of the most unifying people we've had for ages thanks to things like high gas prices, no food, and either blatant incompetence or willfulness as the cause of said issues.

These morons seem to think killing the NRA would defeat guns in the USA. Most gun owners I know tend to actively hate and revile the NRA as controlled opposition to the liberal retards.

The NRA might have the throne of "gun rights" but the peasants no longer swear fealty to it.

It does a few good things, quietly. They have a grant program for lawsuits and criminal cases that doesn't get a lot of attention. But for the most part it exists to enrich its leadership, a collection of clowns and buffoons. And that link only shows compensation, not all the other perquisites they've given themselves as they bleed the organization dry. There's also a reasonably probable theory that they have raided their museum and are selling off the collection.

tbdesu at times I worry a bit about the unmitigated nigh-universal loathing for Burden ending up in things going completely totalitarian (in a way I might fall out of favor of eventually and thus would inconvenience me personally and then I'd care)
