That's exactly what it is. Stephanie elaborated and said until it was fuck time, he couldn't be bothered to so much as acknowledge her presence. This allegedly even came up once during conversation and, according to Kobes, was settled when he responded to her issues by "giving her my CAWK!" Which apparently settled the argument for the time being, but ultimately answered Stephanies question nonetheless.

That said, Cobes and his paper thin tolerance for "drama" was no doubt an incredible asset in dodging the hollow point bullet that is Gothie. That bitch is psychotic to a degree his poor lizard brain wouldn't be able to tolerate. If I may go so far as to put on the ol A-Loggin' cap, I'd say if they were ever together for an extended period of time irl, her lunacy might even get so bad as to him reacting to it physically.
