Ehhh downward trends don't really mean much because it gets harder to maintain the bigger you get.

Even Korone is on a steep decline. Pekora is in the red, too. As are Amelia and Ina. I'm not sure how it's calculated, but none of them would lose their audience if they took a big break.

The 'wall' occurs because the super active sphere of fans who will subscribe immediately gets in at the start. Because Hololive has such a huge stake in the western market, once that initial burst is over and done with, there's not really another mass appeal market to tap into and so their growth becomes reliant on the stragglers and new fans. Having all the eyes on them at the start is a double-edged sword because it means their debut is their one chance to make an impression.

Other companies have their own unique sets of challenges regarding growth but the 'Wall' affects Holo the hardest. It's present in all companies that hype a debut cycle but, for other reasons, it's not as bad anywhere else.

Ok, came in late to the stream and didn't see any posts speculating about how she was leaving the company or off to visit her nubian paramour here so I was filling in the blanks.

I thought Uruka would be higher given how popular her karaokes are. Although would be nice to see witih the Twitch side. Lumi and Yuri have a pretty big following there.

Admittedly that could be some /vt/ gay op but still, she's not a one-trick pony so the tourists who show up exclusively to talk about the gunt feel out of place.

It kinda sucks since at some point he seems to almost praise Melody for creating a business model around lewdtubing but he seems to be too chicken shit to just have Pippa be the black sheep of the company and actually collab with some of these people which are not the typical vtuber-type content. He seems to be too stuck to the whole idol/seiso shit a good chunk of people are tired of and he doesnt want to stray too far away from it because its the "Safe" thing to do. Beause he fears backlash from teh wokies looking to cancel her and ending up hurting the brand or the other talents in the long run.

The thing is that you can't really be cancelled if you dont care about it.

I'm surprised she's not worried about taking another break given that she just came back from one (which I'm assuming was partly for finals)..

I read this in a twitter comment: Apparently Arcadum is back. If you dont remember him, it was the DM of the D&D campaigns that vshojo & orbiters used to participate, but he was canceled for sexually harrasing one of the orbiters (Momo, the green cat). Someone knows more about his return?

Yeah, seeing her a play game she loves is nice but she tends to hyper focus on the gameplay and not say much, so the streams tend to be a bit dull.
