They rode Nicks coattails to a modicum of success only to immediately shit the bed. In the words of daddy Jim there is no such thing as internet friends.

I got aids just from reading this. Nick will be getting mad money over this tonight.
Wait, so all this bullshit drama fagginess is ACTUALLY over the fucking POG face? Wow this is gay.

Man, this closing argument is brutal. Wish Camille explained how the pocket knife could have made the damage on the bed but she pointed it out and the lack of blood.

To be fair... it's also claimed it's about him posting pics on Twitter of information that was on the screen of Amber's lawyers laptop.

Now, tbh I don't buy that. I think it's an after the fact excuse to justify them getting ass hurt over the Pog face. Which is really just a power trip from the legal bytes main stays.

Camille pulled no punches. I suspect she said literally as much as she was allowed to, but it would have been nice if she mentioned Amber literally admitting to the op-ed and that it was about Johnny.
If Rottenbitch or Catlady try to play coy in their closing, then that tidbit is in reserve for the rebuttal closing. "Her attorney just said the op-ed was not about Johnny, but you heard yesterday from Amber's own lips that she wrote it about Johnny to destroy his support."

Brutal.

He did not post pictures of that. The photo was of Whitney trying to eavesdrop, I believe.

If this happens I'll begin to believe that that Depps legal team actually has been setting these traps for Heards team to walk into. Which if so, kudos to them. Johnny got his money's worth!

Before today I would say that there is no validity to that, but after DUI Guy got kicked out today maybe there are people in court who just hate him.
Supposedly Eve Barlow tweeted out a picture of DUIguys POG face and said he was a Depp Supporter that should not be allowed in the court room so maybe there is something there.

Amber's girlfriend, who's a scummy journo and got kicked out of court, reposted a picture of him. Phoneposting but it's Linked here to her Twitter. Dumb fucking cunt hopefully gets the full Heard treatment that Lesbians offer.

She did.

It's possible that Rottenborn was so pissy about people audibly being against Amber in the gallery yesterday that he made it his mission to go after DUIguy but it's hard to say IMO. There's not actually anything wrong with the gallery reacting as long as they're not disruptive, and he was by no means alone in his reaction - which the court would see better than people watching a film of it.

Personally, I think it's too early to tell. DUIGuy claims that nobody minded yesterday, despite POGface being the day before and him not doing anything untoward yesterday. It's easy to assume that he's been singled out because of the Bytes drama happening right before that...but coincidence is coincidence. If they don't allow line-cutting via scalpers, then it is entirely possible that he just got caught this time and never before. It's also possible they paid attention to him this time because he stuck out and that's why they caught him, which is an in-between.

Looks like prepping excuses for when Amber gets destroyed by the jury, to me. If Amber's got such a compelling and powerful case and the jury believes her they'd actually be turned against Johnny for this.

It could also be Whitney and Amber. Her lawyers have no real reason to bring up the fact to the jurors that everyone in the public is team Johnny right now. Singling out the Lawtubers also doesn't really help since everyone reacted similarly since Depp's side, the judge, and even Elaine had to laugh. Amber cares a lot about the public image stuff having fired her PR team (Obama's former PR team) and is reading everything. Whitney is there and obviously knows who they are at this point. I bet they are pushing this.

A mistake, by the way, because DUIguy said multiple members of the jury noticed and stared at him through the trial, so they will also notice his absence. What will they infer from this? Doesn't matter, you don't want them to make inferences about the pro-Johnny guy in the gallery.

Can confirm. Branca's site looks like a freaking info-mercial made into a website. Constantly asks if you want to buy something else.
Pippa is never wrong.

Exactly, if you have someone with a real case and there's some mugging fanboy in the court room, he'd be the perfect person to sour a jury against Depp.

Exactly, because if they believe Amber, then Johnny is a horrific monster who should probably be in jail before he murders someone or himself. In that context, some fanboy flipping out and being a cheerleader for him over something stupid like 'no u' would just piss off the jury more if they noticed it at all. The only way that it would influence the jury in a positive way is if they're undecided or in favor of Johnny. And if they're undecided, it's still only if leaning toward Johnny.
